    1)The worst TV ever which needs support technician to make some background changes and he asks us to restart the device, by that time you will lost interst 2)The app does not load every time, its all your luck. 3)If your determined to watch anything, the app will have issue 4)If you pay to ******** you are simply feeding the money to him.

    Such a cheating *** network that I have seen. I was a subscriber for this yupptv for the past 9 years and every year some or other channel / package gets removed without information. To top it, they will ask for additional money if we want those channels / package back for which we already paid money for. Don't fall for it. There are much better *** packages available

    The tech associates bother you on phone untill you subscribe for an yearly package. After you subscribe they will start pulling out channels and subscriptions. If you call and request for a refund and cancellation they will not agree and give a minor refund like 10 usd just to try to pacify you. They also include local ads into recorded shows and channels without prior consent and we have to call customer care again to disable it. Will never go with yupptv again.

    Been using ******* for a number of years now. Recently got update that *** TV Channels will be taken off and have to be accessed via another app. Got in touch with customer service to check if I can get a refund or get access to the *** Channels till my current expiry for which they did not give both the options (The only option was to extend for another year which I did not want to do). So currently am left with 3 months of subscription without both the channels for which I paid for and also without a refund for not accessing them. Did not expect this from YuppTV. They might lose the few customer they have with practices like these.

    I was using YuppTV for around 10 years. Recently one month back I extended my package for one year. I took Tamil Package that includes mostly of SunTV. Now I got an alert saying that I have to pay additional $40 to view sunTV. It is totally fraud. why they didn't tell when I was extending the package. I could not have extended the package if SunTV network channel is going away. They are not refunding any ***** now. They pushed me to the corner and forcing me to pay the extra dollars to view sunTV package.I would like BBB to get into this issue and ban the YuppTV in *** so that many innocents will not loose their hard earned money with these fraud business.
