    My subsription was renewed without any confirmation. I had purchased the subscription only from Dec 2024-May 2025. Post that, ******* charged the credit card without my consent. Even the first subscription was done over phone. I reached out to customer support email address but no response. Phone support is always busy. Even though i subscribed the Hindi channels, I was pushed non hindi channels and my emails for changing the subcription were never responded. I ended up paying for something i never used. Now, when I am being asked to pay again for something i never used, it is not acceptable

    We received the 1st communication from client on 16th June 2025 over the email and we have reviewed the details and processed the refund of ***** $ on 19th June 2025.

    We would like to update the status of this complaint as closed from our end as the refund was processed based on the desired resolution of client.

    ******* is a business that provides streaming services for international shows. The issue is that they continue to charge subscribers even after they cancelled the subscription and they cannot be contacted via their customer service lines. ******* has continued to charge $5.99 monthly even after I cancelled my subscription since January 2025. I have tried calling ******* repeatedly but the line will not connect and when I try via ******** as their website recommends, I get an error message saying the business is not taking calls. This issue of not responding to customers seems to be occurring across the board with others as well. The bank has not been helpful in disputing the charges or blocking the continued charges.

    Dear Team,

    We have reviewed the complaint and the account details of our client and upon investigation it was found that customer had subscribed for an addon package (Charsur Premium Pack) although, when we spoke to customer (********** *******) he confirmed that it was not subscribed by him however as per our statistics we found that it was done through and pop-up addon which displayed over his TV and an approval was obtained.
    However, considering the fact and giving benefit of doubt to customer we have initiated the refund of all charges and the same has been promised to the customer (********** *******).

    We request you to please consider this case as resolved and it was resolved as per the desired resolution what customer has mentioned in the complaint.

    I was checking my Experian credit report and the list of subscriptions that I pay for and can have canceled to save money and ******* appeared on the list, I have never heard of this app and therefore have never subscribed to them its obvious someone has stolen my identity in order to subscribe to them. I currently have a fraud alert on all my credit reports because my information was leaked by hackers. I need this company to give me the name and address of where this Indian movies and Tv shows are being watched !

    I paid for a package that includes Sun NXT and Aha for $24.98. They promise something that they know they can't deliver. Using YuppTV login info to connect Sun NXT did not work and the instructions on their page is useless. Contacted their support, but there was no follow-up. Their so called toll-free number does not work anymore and furthermore, to cancel or make any changes to the subscription you have to call that non working number. This is a serious issue and needs to fixed asap or they deserve to be shut down for abusing customer's trust and for doing something that is borderline criminal.

    I have been noticing a significant decline in the quality of YUPP TV service over the past year. Several previously available channels are no longer accessible, and I have been unable to cancel my service. Even though I did not authorize my subscription renewal, the company automatically charged my credit card without my consent. I have been unable to log into my account on their website, and the phone number listed on their website appears to be non-functional. Despite sending multiple emails to their support team, I have not received any response.

    We have refunded ****** USD which was charged initially on 30th March 2024 and re-enrolled him for another package as per his wish. please find below the ticket details under which the communication is documented at at our end and the same ticket # was shared with consumer as well.

    I subscribed to YuppTV which included Aha streaming but I am not able to play any Aha video.I tried to contact YuppTV and cam to know that they stopped phone customer support and now offering ONLY WhatsApp chatting which I was not told during renewing my subscription when YuppTV sales person called me on my phone to renew my existing subscription.Also they started playing Ads which was not mentioned or doesn't exist before and this is also a kind of cheating the customers.When I contacted on WhatsApp chat now they are asking me to contact *** for any technical issues. I know there is nothing wrong with my TV or APP as it was working perfectly fine with my direct subscription with Aha before switching to YuppTV.I tried my level best chatting in WhatsApp with probably a bot so decided to cancel my subscription and I was told that my subscription cannot be canceled or there is nothing they can do to resolve my problem except kept saying to contact to ***.Now really hate YuppTV customer support and firmly decided to cancel subscription so I request YuppTV to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and refund my full subscription amount immediately.Thanks

    This is a ****** TV channel streaming subscription service. Each year they call me and collect upfront payment for next one year. We had this service for several years. This year we were not interested in renewing so we didnt pick up their phone calls. After trying to reach us over phone several times over couple of weeks, they went ahead and charged our credit card without my consent. I even got an alert from my credit card company that potential fraudulent activity detected. please help resolve and get my refund.

    We have cancelled the said package as per customer request and also processed a refund for $89.99 on 12th and 13th April 2024. Mr. ******* shall be able to see the funds in his account within 5 to 7 business days and a confirmation email also has been shared with customer for the same.

    Please find ticket # 314392 which stands out as a proof that we have refunded the amount and customer was happy with the resolution provided also as per his desired resolution.

    We can now consider this case as closed because the the issue what customer had complained about has been addressed as per his desired resolution.

    I have paid a yearly subscription for YuppTv so that my Mom who is visiting from ***** can watch live tv and catch up tv of the programs which are streamed from ***** on YuppTV. However, the channels have not been working and I am being asked to pay $2.99 every time when I login to YuppTV to watch any of the channels which come as a package.I have been trying to contact them for the past month but, the Phone doesn't ring and nor the emails are getting answered.

    YUPP TV service has been on the decline for the past year with several channels not even available. There is no way to cancel service and they automatically charged my credit card even though i sent an email to support that i want my service cancelled. Their published phone line does not even go thru and their support team does not respond to any emails
