      Very poor communication with costumer... I ran into an issue and emailed them they took forever to reply when the did they did they were not clear and did not help at all. I paid for on demand account verification they charged me eventhough they couldn't or did not verified anything. This *** **** emailed me back on 04/10/25 I asked a ************** is the 16th and still nothing back from him. So if you don't want this type of issue don't even bother signing up with these people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      They initially supported adding individual bills. Now they only support bills through a banking source. However, they don't support my bank although they have been charging me for at least one year that I can tell. There is no customer support person during the day. They offer you their BOT but I could not find it on the homepage. It was difficult to find how to open a ticket. Their help system only offers written data but no ultimate link to a phone number. I was able to get a phone number here but all it does is refers you back to the web site and extreme difficulty in finding a support link.

However, as of December 2024, Plaids connectivity with ******************** remains limited.Current Status:Ongoing Conversation: Plaid and ******************** are actively working toward establishing a direct integration. However, there is no specific timeline for when this connection will be fully supported.Impact on Customers: At this time, Fidelity accounts cannot be directly linked through Plaid. This limitation is not unique to eCredable, as users of other financial platforms have also reported similar challenges.Unfortunately, this means that you cannot link Fidelity accounts for bill payments to eCredable at this time. Additionally, ***** does not currently offer an alternative method to connect these accounts for rent, phone, or utility payment reporting with eCredable.We are closely monitoring Plaids ongoing discussions with Fidelity.       I just made an attempt to sign up. I put my SSN# and address in the system, but their site is either glitchy or they are a scam. The terms and conditions were blank and I am afraid that now they have my personal information.Please help. Please don't allow them to steal my identity. I have had enough of that!Thank you!

      Bogus! I signed up for the service over a year ago, and everything they said they would do, they didn't. I've talked to several different reps. (via email) and none of them seem to understand what is going on and its simple...nothing has been reported for over 6-8 months. a couple of my accounts were never even linked. I want a refund immediately.

      I had an issue linking my power utility company and their support was great. Most importantly, I saw a real jump in my credit score. They took me from, no way are you qualified for the loan I needed for a car to, I actually qualified for decent terms. My roommate had a similar experience with eCredable
