I cancelled my service a few months ago, and I havent been charged, so everything is fine on the billing side of things I think.However, eCredable accounts continue to appear (and continue to be updated monthly) on my TransUnion report. Since I cancelled, I would like all eCredable reported accounts to go away, like Experian when you cancel Experian Boost, or at least show as closed/good standing. Isnt thats whats supposed to happen?Basically I would just like to get my report back to being a pure report.Thanks!-I did just send essentially this same message through your support website, but it gave an error messages when I tried to send, so I came here instead.eCredable

Definitely a scam. They locked me out of my account as soon as I paid the *****. Ive tried to contact them by email, chats, and phone its all a joke system. No real human. No matter what time you call they pretend they are receiving high call volume and prompt you to leave a message. I hate I signed up for this and got scammedeCredable

I have been using this company for about 3 months now! Not one time have they reported the business lift account as a " NET 30 TRADE LINE " to D&B! Guess what instead they have been reporting my payment's only to D&B which is now deemed as a Net 30 Cash account. After speaking with a representative from D&B they told me that eCredable has been reporting reporting to them like so and that they can't report to them as a NET 30 account and Net 30 trade line at the same time. by the way I paid to have an account verified in my business name and it was successfully verified by my other vendor I use for a net 30 account because I was apart of the email chain. This was verified in June ask me if e"Credable" has reported this to D&B street since no! they just gave me back a refund for the inconvience of not reporting and continue to tell me " oh we are having issues this will be fixed soon yet its been 2 months. They decided to give me one month free subscription due to their continued negligence. so now the subscription I pay for every month is reporting wrong not as a trade line and now the verified accounts you pay for will not be reported to D&B as well. Apparently my issue has been escalated this month we are 14 days into August I have not been contacted yet. Their customer support system is terrible you can only speak to someone via online chat at certain hours absolutely no phone number and it is so confusing on how to successfully get a rep on the chat, and I ALWAYS GET THE SAME REP NAMED "Tevon" I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE SAME REP EVERY SECOND BECAUSE NOTHING IS GETTING DONE. Hi *******,Thank you for sharing your feedback.The terms "account" and "tradeline" are used interchangeably within the business credit reporting ecosystem. However, these two terms, "account" and "tradeline," on their own, do not influence business credit scores. However, the eCredable Business Lift subscription is paid every 30 days. Therefore, it is considered a NET-30. It is important to note that any company cannot decide to begin reporting to the major business credit bureaus with strict approval. eCredable underwent a strict approval process with D&B to report the eCredable Business Lift NET-30 subscription tradeline, in which they determined the account type and how it's reported to them. Most importantly, the major business credit bureaus would never permit eCredable to falsely advertise services that werent approved by each of the major business credit bureaus. To generate a business credit score with the major business credit bureaus, including D&B, you typically need a minimum of three payment experiences from 2 to 3 tradelines on your business credit files. When your eCredable Business Lift NET-30 subscription tradeline is reported to D&B, Experian, Equifax, and Creditsafe, it is listed on your business credit reports according to the respective business credit bureaus' reporting requirements. Each business credit bureau lists your eCredable Business Lift NET-30 subscription tradeline differently. I have been managing my credit on my own w/o eCredable. All of a sudden I receive a notification I have several new eCredable accounts open. I never signed up for the service. Regarding your concerns about a Hard Inquiry added to your TransUnion credit report - eCredable does not pull your credit and therefore will not trigger a hard or soft inquiry on your TransUnion credit reports. Most importantly, eCredable underwent a thorough approval process with TransUnion to become authorized to report utility accounts on consumer credit reports. TransUnion would never permit eCredable to falsely advertise services that werent approved. Furthermore, eCredable is a ************* Furnisher. We operate under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), the Fair And Accurate Credit Reporting Act (FACTA), Gramm ***** ****** Act (GLBA), and other state consumer protection laws. As a ************* Furnisher, the **** imposes specific duties on entities that furnish information to credit reporting agencies and establishes procedures for enforcing those duties. eCredable is periodically reviewed by governing entities and TransUnion to ensure we are in compliance. eCredable does not report Utility and Telecom accounts to TransUnion as a loan or debt. eCredable was approved by TransUnion to report Utility and Telecom accounts as an Open Account. I tried using this service for one month as I was told that it's similar to Experian boost. But that was very far from the truth. Experian boost allows you to add many different types of accounts. I think I added 5 or 6 there. There were only 2 accounts that ecredable would allow me to add, but each time I tried to add the account there was a system error. After several attempts to add my accounts without success, I tried to look for a customer service number to contact them in order to resolve the issue. However, their phone number isn't listed on the account page. There is only an option to send them a message which I decided to do. They never replied to my message and that's why I decided to cancel my service. This was before the month expired, but not only did they not reply to my message, they also charged me again for another month. So, I again sent a cancellation request but once again there was no confirmation that my account was cancelled and they charged me for yet another month. This is the reason I'm reporting them because this service appears to be a scam, where they purposely make it difficult for you to contact them so they can keep charging you until you finally locate their contact info on ******* I ended up having to replace my card so they couldn't charge me anymore. I strongly advise against using this service.eCredable

At eCredable, we strive to deliver the best experience possible so were sorry you no longer want to use eCredable LiftLocker to raise your credit scores from TransUnion to qualify for better credit cards and loans--including the lowest interest rates and fees. eCredable would never tell you eCredable Lift is similar to Experian Boost. The significant difference between eCredable Lift and Experian Boost is that Lift reports your utility accounts as an Open Account vs. Boost reports your utility accounts as Self-Reported. This is because it is not possible for Experian to determine if a person paid their utility bills on time. Therefore, Experian can only report your utility accounts as Self-Reported and not paid-as-agreed. Major banks, credit card companies, and lenders are fully aware of this regarding Experian Boost. They may most likely decide to omit Self-Reported utility accounts from your credit report reported through Experian Boost to determine your eligibility to qualify for credit cards and loans. Another important difference to assess a utility account status as paid-as-agreed requires five pieces of critical account information: 1.Statement date 2.Amount due 3.Due date 4.Payment amount 5.Payment date You cannot get the above information from a bank or credit card account, and Experian can only see the Payment Amount and Payment Date. With eCredable Lift, were able to securely collect the critical account information from your online utility account so that eCredable can report your utility accounts as a paid-as-agreed Open Account to ensure your utility accounts are calculated in your FICO Score 9 and VantageScore 3.0. The utility accounts TransUnion accepts include power, water, gas, waste, mobile phones, cable TV, satellite TV, internet, and landline phone. We received a notification from one of your utility companies the username and password you entered on eCredable did not match their records. For the other, the One Time Passcode entered on eCredable was incorrect.
