      My daughter was born without 7 permanent teeth and she has had a bite plane for several months now to open up her bite and allow her other permanent teeth to fully erupt. The next phase of treatment for now is crowns over those baby teeth to keep her bite open until we can do something more permanent when she's 18. *********** submitted the pre treatment along with a very detailed letter and x rays and they keep denying it saying this or that is missing, but when we tell them to look more they actually find it. We have spoken to 7 or more reps and each time is a different excuse or something else they say is needed that they actually have already from when it was first submitted. We have asked for a supervisor and told we will get a call back and never have and had reps hang up on us and 1 told my husband to shut up. I need this reviewed/approved so she can get this work done. We've been on this journey for almost a year now and it's ridiculous they are playing God with her.

      08/10/2023, Delta Dental has tricked me out of $2,337.12. Delta Dental has paid no money at all on any of my dental work, no money at all on my dental claims. I demand a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Delata Dental already has on record permission for me to speak on *************************** account "HIPPA".  I forwarded the attached letter via US postal mail.  They simply need to receive my letter "evidence" as they instructed me to provide and make payment.  US Postal Mail Certified **** **** **** **** **** 62  It hard to read the last digit on this copy.  I have the original at home.   All material that was mailed is attached (Delta Dental Proff of Coverage and Met Life Letter)

      I am writing to inform you that the case has been successfully closed, and the claim has been settled. After a year of interaction, the claim has finally been paid.
      However, I would like to express my disappointment with the communication and business processes throughout this experience. The lack of effective communication and inefficient business processes have made this journey challenging.
      It's worth noting that after my membership has ended, the only means of correspondence available for claim settlements will be via phone and US mail.

      On approximately March 2023 I received a crown that was cracked from my dentist, *************************. They have refused to pay the claim on the grounds that they needed a picture of the root . on July 13 my doctor new ********************** sent a picture and an explanation of my ***** which makes it impossible to x-ray the area on this tooth. The reason for the crown been replaced was that it was cracked I dont know what it has to do with the root.

      My dental office submitted the proper signed paperwork to add myself as an out of network provider six times from March 2023 through July 2023. Delta Dental refuses to properly process the paperwork, resulting in denied claims for my patients who are paying their monthly premiums for dental care. Delta Dental is terrible on the phone, continuing to tell us to submit and resubmit in various ways via email and fax without ever processing the information. Keep in mind that we have successfully signed me up as a provider with dozens of other dental insurance companies in this same time period with no challenges whatsoever.This behavior is a disgrace to the dental industry, and is harmful for my patients as they pay premiums but are unable to redeem the benefits that they are paying for. This matter needs to be resolved immediately, and I will continue to escalate the situation the the *** Office of the Attorney General and the *** ********** of ********* Services if necessary.

      I have delta dental through my employer, we have no other choice for dental insurance. Appox March or April of 2023, I went to my dentist for an annual cleaning which is covered under my policy. However, during the visit, they discovered that I needed something called a deep cleaning because I hadn't been to the dentist since COVID. Before agreeing to this, I asked them to check for a pre authorization and check for coverage. They said Delta would cover 80% and I'd pay 20%, I agreed. They did deep cleaning and I didn't think,anymore about it until my provider keep sending me bills for much higher cost that it should have been. When I inquired. I was told delta deided the claim because something wasn't submitted properly and was told that the claim would be resubmitted. The claim was resibmitted with what delta asked the provider to provide. I went back for another procedure in June and was told delta still hadnt paid the provider and now was dening the claim because both sides of my mouth for the deep clean were done the same day....i was never told this by delta on that day of the procedure or by my provider on that day of the procedure. Delta should have disclosed that to me and to the provider. Delta need to pay the provider the $600.

      Delta Dental charged me ***** a month for several years. I have rarely got to use it. The last year of my policy was impossible, I had to change dentists twice as very few take them. Got wrong info from them. NEVER was able to get an appointment for a simple cleaning. Called, canceled, explained, told a refund, filed lengthy complaint with one of their people over the phone for my refund...still no money or anything. Just want me to jump through more cumbersome ************...My son needed wisdom teeth out....ZERO people near us that could do so with this ins.WANT MY WHOLE YEAR OF STRESS AND NO SERVICE REFUNDED PLEASE.***** x 12 = $673.80 ***************************** ************

      I have tried doing it through them and waiting for communication, even spent a half hour on the phone with somebody filing my complaint, and Ive heard nothing in months. I dont trust them to follow through. Theyve given me no reason to think that they will.

      I had credible coverage with Delta Dental of ********** from 11/2021 through 08/31/2022. We had to change our coverage due to job changes. My policy number was *********, At that time we immediately switched to Delta Dental Plan with AARP. MY policy with Delta Dental AARP is 1225681335-01. Group # *****-04901 We enrolled in the new plan on 9/1/2022.We have been denied some coverage. They say we need to wait one year with AARP for major dental work. My dentist assumed since it was a Delta plan and was surprised that they had limitations even though it is under the Delta Name. I have lost about $2,000 dollars. We were not informed that there would be any delay in coverage and have consistently paid monthly fees. We were not told we would have to inform AARP in advance of previous affiliation with Delta. We had hoped that our verbal discussion with the agent relayed that we were continuing Delta customers. So, there should not be any waiting period.

      I have an active PPO plan with Delta Dental. My ID number is ************. My group number is 19113-00001. My 2 children have orthodontics allowance of up to $2000 for each child. Both children had braces installed on 6/19/2023 at Care Dental at *********************************************. The provider filed preauthorizations for both children on 3/25/23 and 5/22/23. Today 7/3/23 is the second follow up appointment and the provider has informed me that Delta has not responded to the claims filed and we are not able to continue to receive treatments. I have not failed in paying my monthly premiums and I must receive my benefits from this company. The claim number for the first child is ************** and for the second child its **************. They never answer phone calls, I cant get any information and the doctor is asking me for money that I cannot afford to pay. Ive been with Delta for 7 years! Please help us with resolving this case as soon as you are able to. Thank you.
