    This company is absolutely terrible. They outsource their services to other companies so you have no idea who is actually servicing your property. They provided incentives to prepay and then neglected to provide the incentives. They posed as a local company, however, as evident by the address on this site, they are based in ** (not local even to the state I live in). I should have known by choosing a service that I found on ***********

    We operate in the local area and have dozens of customers here. The customer was under contract and decided that after the 4th of July week that after we missed one service in 4 months  to not be happy with the services so we decided to refund customer monies per our terms of service. We don't want to hold anyone's feet to the fire and gave said customer an opportunity to end the contract and to find another provider that they would be happy with. 

2 Kids and A Dad Company is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
