Circa service As a formal employee I was trained to scam home owners to increase my sales. The scam is as follows, on a lets say water heater leaking warranty call. I confirmed a water heater leaking and only option is to replace it and that would be truthful, if a tank is leaking only replacing would be the fix. I was given pricing for pipe modifications and code upgrades. But their trick is for me to ask if the home owner had any coverages to cover the modifications or code upgrades prior to me giving a price. So if a home owner had $200 towards pipe modifications I was told to increase the cost of pipe mods that originally was $289 to now $489 to cover the covered item. And code upgrades from $325 to higher whatever the covered cost was allowed. This company is ran by thieves. I have too much integrity to work for a company that works that way I dealt with many homeowners that had thought they purchased extra coverage. Want to be met by higher prices. If you dont want to be scammed, find out what the total is before they talk to American Home Shield, First American, Cinch, or 210. I was constantly berated on how low my sales were. I was also directed to collect any modifications from the homeowner directly at that time if they wanted to think about it, I was directed to have our sales manager. Call the homeowner to convince them to have the job done then and there I dont believe thats a fair way of practice in serving the public and people who dont know the cost of certain jobs. I hope this reaches out to someone who knows who to contact any of the higher-*** at the above, said at the above, said home warranty companies.

Zero stars is what they deserve! They will waste your time and money then blame you. The unprofessionalism starts at the top with the President of the company, and just trickles down from there. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not use this company!!!**** ******- Pensacola **

My home warranty company contracted with them and sent someone out regarding my sink that was clogged. And the technician got to my house he said that our home warranty company **** and they don't really cover anything. He then told us nothing was wrong with the sink because at the time there was no water in it. I was very upset because the service fee is $110 per this technician. I paid them the $110 in cash and I guess because I was so upset I didn't get a receipt. Now I have a bill for $85 which is the amount I was supposed to be charged. I cannot reach anyone at circa. I requested a call back and I've also left a message. It is dirty to steal from people and I think everyone should be aware apparently they don't care cuz they won't even contact me back. I hate a thief and a liar! Beware of these losers.

This company grossly overcharges for service. We were charged $774 to install a water heater. We were told by the technician that this was due to modifications that were necessary. This was a lie. There were no modifications made during the installation. We were also given an estimate to repair a hose bib on the side of our home. The quote was for $750 to replace the spigot, and repair the stucco surrounding it, or $550 to only replace the hose bib. We ended up having the entire job done, including the stucco repair with another company for $180. This company is a rip-off. The technician even had the nerve to wish me a "blessed day" as he was leaving. What a joke.

Circa cant fix my AC and wont show up at scheduled time. I dont know why *** uses them, but they should. Ive been waiting two weeks and have had 2 different appointments with them and they still havent fixed my AC yet. They said theyd come back asap and I wait two days for them so say theyre coming Friday. That same day they claimed theyre coming next week. ***?! This is hot, Florida summer and my house is roasting inside. I called them and asked why my appt got pushed back and they claimed to only have 1 senior tech that was knowledgeable enough to fix my AC. I asked them why I couldnt get the tech here on Friday since thats the day that originally set, but the guy that answer said it wasnt possible. I then said how would I know if the tech was even going to show up next week. He responded with silence. So I tried calling *** to change companys but since this is Circas 3rd visit, AHS cant change anything. I literally have no choice but to wait in my hot house to see *IF* this happens technician can actually fix my AC. My family has no choice but to suffer through Circa.

MAKE SURE TO TURN THEM AWAY, IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO GO AROUND YOUR HOUSE AND TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING THEN HAVE THEM COME OVER. THEY ARE LAZY, COME IN TO FLUSH YOUR TOILET AND SAY IT IS WORKING BUT MAKE SURE YOU THROW YOUR TOILET PAPER IN THE ********** WTF So where should I go to take a dump outside? I told them, If we take a dump it doesn't flush the guy opened the top of my toilet flushed a few times, and said it was good to go. After he went to get his supervisor to come to fix the Garbage Disposal the guy came in didn't even try to turn on the machine looked in the bottom of the sink got back up and walked through to the front door and told his ***** that I'm going to put in a claim as there is a sharp object in there when there anr nothing but rice. This is so wrong and fault, What he did was make sure that I couldn't get my item repaired again with the insurance company. As I have to call in to even let them know what type of claim that he was going to file and I want another company to come back out. Beware OF THEM

This has to be the worst service to ever exist. You can't get a person on the phone. Ever. Leaving a vm or email means, good luck getting a response. They give you a 4 hour window, then an hour after your scheduled appointment, you'll get a text saying the tech is on the way. I submitted a request Saturday morning. Which they claim they work Saturday. I get it's a long weekend, but Tuesday, no reply. It's almost too hot to even be in the house at this point. My poor dogs are dieing and my 7 year old can't even sleep. It's completely ridiculous that you cannot get a human being on the line. If I wanted to email, I would not have called. This is after paying $650 for having my coils cleaned, which they said was the only issue.

They should change their name to ******* Services." After two seperate visits five days apart by four "people," none were able to unblock my kitchen sink. I was informed that the pipe was totally blocked up with grease, that the "snake" was unable to clear it and that it would need high pressure jet washing. On the second visit I was further informed that the pipe was out of code and too narrow to be jet washed. The only way this could be resolved was by replacing four feet of kitchen pipe at an out of pocket up front expense of $2,500, I was told this was a discounted job as the full cost should be $5,000-$6,000.. After they left I called a local plumber who came over two hours later, unblocked it and guaranteed it for six months all in ten minutes for less than $500. My home warranty company has agreed to reimburse me and never to send these clowns round in future.
