    They would not return my calls, promised to let me know when a service member would show up (they did not, I was lucky to be there when he arrived). I would attempt to fix anything myself rather than have to deal with them again.

    I would give them less than a one star. The plumber ****** told me to go Fu.. myself and got in his truck and left after waiting 4 days for them to show up to fix an emergency

    This company is totally unprofessional. They sent someone out to fix our AC 7 days ago.. on a Friday at 3pm.. Said they fixed it.. well guess what? It was actually hotter in the house after they left. Our house was at 80 ..After calling them Monday.. we had to wait for an appt on Thursday and they were a no show! So much for home warranty work. The Temps right now are close to 100. They don't even deserve 1 star!

    My Home Warranty sent this company to fix a stoppage. I wish I could give them -5 rating. Their technicians are NOT qualify for the job. After dealing with them for 20 days to fix a stoppage, I had to call another company "Choice Plumbing very recommended" who fixed the problem the same day. They don't have customer service. You have to leave a message or contact them through email.

    My home warranty, sent these people (Circa **********) out and the day they are to replace my water heater, they called and told me there was a mixed up and they had to reschedule, because they had re-order the necessary items needed and water heater. I contacted our local permitting office and they told me that the company wasn't license or insured in our county for them to do any work or pull a permit. As a matter of fact, the permitting office person told me they never heard of this company, imagine that. If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but that's the lowest they give a choice of.

    If I could give a NEGATIVE number of stars, I would!
    My home warranty scheduled service for plumbing concerns and Circa Services FL immediately confirmed my appointment and followed up, via text, daily asking me to "confirm" my appointment. The evening before my scheduled appointment, their confirmation text changed my appointment from Feb. 9 to Feb 14 but the message did not mention a rescheduling of my appointment, just asked me to confirm. I did confirm then realized the change in the message and I immediately began texting Circa to let them know I'd confirmed in error, that I'd be out of state and could not keep the new appointment and literally begged they keep my appointment, as originally scheduled, for the 9th. CRICKETS!
    I contacted my home warranty company whose rep sent Circa an email as we spoke, asking Circa to contact me to try to work out an appointment that worked with my being in town, she also explained I had confirmed the new appointment for the 14th in error. CRICKETS!
    I've been texting all day today - they don't answer the phone and their VM says to either text or email to get a response I a few hours - LIES!
    NO response at all so I called my home warranty company to cancel the appointment all together so I could get my $85 service call fee refunded.
    I've asked my home warranty company to NEVER assign this company to any of my requests for service.
    Circa Services FL is unprofessional, unreliable, and customers are of no consequence. Total disrespect and disregard for their "trying to be" customers! HORRIBLE!

    My home warranty scheduled their services for a leaking water heater. I had a scheduled appointment and the technician never showed up. I didnt even get a phone call. I took time off work for a no show. They have an automated system therefore you can never talk to a person. The only way to communicate is with voicemails or emails. I explained my problem to my warranty company and they referred me to a local company. The only thing I can say thats positive is the appointment scheduler was professional. Thats about the only thing this company has professionally. Do not use this company. You will waste your time.
