5 starsMy phone call to schedule was very simple and was very pleasant. The two gentel.en that showed up to pick up king mattress and box springs were also very professional, kind and courteous. I called three different places in ***************** and no doubt in my mind I picked the right team to help me properly get rid of my mattress. After getting my appointment canceled two times in a row by Loadup because the loader assigned to me was sick or bailed, on the third attempt at pickup the loader completely missed the appointment and was unresponsive when I attempted to call the number given for them.
