They will not show up in the time window given. They wont even inform you that they wont come today. I had to use their service because the merchant uses only Loadup. Every single time, I wasted atleast a week for no-shows, excuses for delay, rescheduling and rude behavior. Their loaders make false excuses every single time and cant keep track of their excuses as well. Very deceptive and inefficient company. I am not sure why merchants use their services, wasting customer time.

Excellent! We had an Avocado green mattress (100+ lb) and foundation that needed to be transported from our garage up to a second floor bedroom and assembled. The 2 service technicians accomplished this in record time. Scheduling the appointment was easily done. An automated phone call confirmed the appointment LoadUp sent an email the day of the service with the technicians name and cell phone number as well as tracking.LoadUp

1 starI arranged and paid for the removal of a basic couch (not a sectional or sleeper) from my basement. The day of pick-up, I got a call from the driver saying that he did not have help and that I would need to assist or he couldnt take it. Although the company was fast to answer their phones when I needed to schedule (and even quicker to charge me), I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to discuss this situation.Review fromMadeline S

5 starsRequested a reclining sofa pickup on the day before a Holiday weekend and LoadUp scheduled the pickup for the day following the holiday. Our loader ******* made contact with me in the morning with an approximate arrival time and he arrived on time. He had an assistant with him and they quickly removed the sofa from our home. Everything was left in good condition after they left. We are very satisfied with this experience, and I will definitely use LoadUp again when this service is required.Review fromSharon W

3 starsAfter rescheduling 3 to 4 times the first person never showed never called. The guy that finally came after 5 days of waiting had a helper who was sweaty. They were putting together my New Clean fresh out of the bag mattress. He touched it a little. Would Not hire again
