I called a competitor that advertises on TV and they would not quote me a price. So I found LoadUp and was given a price and a pick up time within 24 hours of my inquiry--all online!! **** showed up with his lovely friendly assistant and took the piece of furniture out. Very friendly called 20 minutes prior to arrival. Even on a Sunday. Please please give these guys a chance. Oh and the price? Check it out for yourself. Better price than movers or friends. So happy!

Getting rid of a king size mattress can be difficult but **** and **** made it look easy! The whole process from contacting Loadup through to move out was also easy. Everyone very friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced too.LoadUp

This was truly an amazing experience. I went on the reviews and they were correct. Everything was professional. My driver and pick up person was ***. He was on time. He came and was very respectful and professional. I had a 2 piece sectional I needed removed. It was challenging getting it out of my door but he did it. I would definitely use this service again and hope I get the same person. The price was reasonable for the service provided. Im a very happy and satisfied customer!LoadUp

*** was a sub contractor and was superb! Texted me and he was in the area early so he came ahead of time since we were fine with it. Friendly and knowledgeable and quick. Would recommend *** anytime.LoadUp

This service from LoadUp is just the best ever, from Mariah ********* service), to the gentleman who picked up my furniture. I am glad I found them online...the prices are great... ***** and the two gentleman who were with him, were very courteous, careful and professional. They did a great job and showed up much earlier than I anticipated...personable guys!! Great company!! ***********************LoadUp

5 starsEasy to deal with, contacted them, gave them a day, they asked if I wanted morning or afternoon, I picked 12 to 4. They called me right about noon, asked if someone would be home, I said yes. They showed up about an hour later. Loaded up our 400lb sleeper sofa and took it quickly out of our life!!Review fromCarla G

Paid in advance for a mattress removal,was told ****** was my driver and left his phone number,****** never called,I called multiple of times with no avail and his voice mail was full,Company couldn't get a hold of him either and never showed up.I asked for a full refund 4 days ago and saw on my online statement that LoadUp tried to charge me again and still waiting for my refund,customer service told me it was my banks fault.Stay away from this corrupt and inept Company!!LoadUp
