    Hi,I have signed up my child to Turito *** for the online education. Turito took upfront payment $1100 for 144 classes. After few classes my child didn't receive the proper education. The tutor were either didn't show up without a notice or canceling the classes in last minute. I requested Turito to find another tutor unfortunately Turito unable to provide another skilled tutor. I had no option to continue with the same tutor. However, tutor's irresponsible were continued so we had to discontinue from Turito.I have been following up with Turito for more than 2 months refund for unused classes. Turito didn't refund yet. This company is scam and steeling hard earned money from the people.Please help me to get refund for 92 unused classes.

    Nature of Dispute: Requesting partial refund for the unused class due to the defective Robotic kit from the Provider. Amount of Money paid to business - $1000 for 48 classes Date of Transaction - Apr ******* Business committed to provide Robotic class(RoboNinja) from the instructor - Harsh . Kid should use the 3rd party robotic kit(Wit Blocks) sent by Turito to build Robots via Online instruction from the instructor. Issue: During one of the class the instructor found that a new part was not working to build a new robot as per the class schedule. The instructor mentioned that we might have received a defective kit and unable to continue the class henceforth. He also recommended to work with Turito to replace the kit. We have been working with Turito for the past month and half to resolve this issue but invain. Turito is neither willing to replace the defective kit as we already paid for the kit nor refund money for the unused pending classes(30 classes remaining) since we dont want to continue with them as per their worst customer service.

    Unauthorized charge even after informing and emailing them to remove the card and not auto renew the services.Happened last year and this year again.Customer service never responds to calls or emails.

    In aug 2023 we paid $736 to Turito for Python class. After 2 classes it never got scheduled I asked for a refund. On Jan 10 2024 the relationship manager ************************************* <**************************************> communicated via email that they are refunding $690 .I have been repeatedly following up the Help and Support team goes silent mode and in between they send an email that they are still processing a refund .They have exactly similar case with other customers as well **************************************************************************************************************************************

    I signed up online ************ for my son but after few classes we decided to cancel service and request refund. Some practice questions answers were confusing/way off (tutor agreed) and some practice questions had garbled text (technical problem). Looks like they neither proofread practice question nor tested website. They offered to apply credit for 1-1 lessons which we declined. The contract clearly indicate if we don't like classes we will be refunded for un-used classes. I have been emailing and calling every contact I have to follow-up on refund for past 6 months without any progress. I wanted to get refund that was promised.

    We enrolled my daughter to Turito online Math and Science classes in February 2023. We paid $1000 for 100 classes ( $10 each class). It was very clearly mentioned in the email( I have an email proof ) that the remaining amount will be refunded in case if we withdraw from the classes incase if we didnt like them. I kid attended just 3 to 4 classes and didnt like them. I spoke to the company coordinator and asked them to end the course and provide the refund. Since then it has been more than 7 months I have not been able to get the refund from the company. I spoke to many associates several times about the issue with no resolution until now. I approaching you hoping that you could help me in this regard.
