    My son took math class with *******, teacher absents every week, no one answer the chat, they don't want to refund your money one you enrolled, don't trust this site. I am trapped. still, I negotiate with the, no one give an answer for my problem. don't lose your money. ******* ***** is the teacher, but I tried other teachers too.

    "I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. Before signing up, I was assured that any unused credits would be refunded. However, when it came time to process the refund, their unprofessional attitude became apparent. They refused to issue the refund, stating that the credits could only be used for future classes. This feels misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise against signing up for any classes with them.STATY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS, There is no option to select '0' rating other they are entitled for it.

    Had same experiance as others. They charged us upfront for 40 classes of SAT preparation saying that money in case there are classes remaining at the end they will refund the amount. Now after 1+ years of followup they say that the policy is to refund withing 1 month of enrolement and after that Credit can be used for another 1 year. They informed me now after 1 yr that I am outside of this 1 yr window, so all credit is now gone.Additionally, expect barrage of Phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages basically selling you there products.

    Complete fraud company, running an education website with misleading information.taking upfront payment with no teacher availability and then not refunding the money after confirming by email that the refund has started. I wrote emails to help @Turito and payments@Turito. Called the RMs and WhatsApp them and no response they are clearly running a scam Such companies put a bad name on our country and spoil our reputation.

    These guys are absolute frauds. They ask for 100% upfront fees and then Keep charging your credit card again and wont ever refund the double billing. Dont ever use their services. I wrote emails to help @Turito and payments@Turito. Called the RMs and WhatsAppd them. Nothing. They shamelessly say that the refund process will take a very long time to process. Not sure if they are printing a new currency and forming a bank to return the money they fraudulently keep charging. Please dont ever use their services. The fact that they are of Indian origin and we should support our own should not be considered. Their service is even worse. Their tutor never joined the class on time and when she does leaves early or joins late and then leave early. Biggest regret- I am contemplating filing a legal action on these guys if the refund is not processed in the next few days.

    Dont handover your kids bright future in the hands of Turito..My Experience with turito, we enrolled for math and English classes for 8 year old daughter. We thought they would be responsible with kid, They enrolled for 40 classes after huge follow from turito customer care agent vexing with huge number of calls. ****** gave there classes good for first 30 days , than they started bunking classes, cancelling classes. We observed continuously classes getting bunked up the last 7 classes were cancelled. I requested for cancellation than they said they will refund instead they offered turito credit. What should I do with turito credit, I cancelled the classes because they were not good.Turito agent said customer has no choice other than taking classes because of credit card rules in *** Please parents dont fall in to scam.Lessons learned, Dont handover your kids bright future in the hands of Turito -Dont buy classes in bulk even though they insists -if dont like classes cancel within 30days.

    All Parents please stay away from this site.... this is 100% fraud, I paid money and agents dont respond and they even blocked my phone number. I worked with *******************************. this is waste of your money , time and efforts
