Im making this complaint on behalf of my parents. Horrible customer service! My dad had been approved for a loan for siding and roofing but decided he wanted to get some more quotes from other companies. He called the ********** pinnacle location within the allotted time frame to cancel. This was around two months ago. Yesterday he spoke with *********************** the regional manager at this location because he had a few more questions and he was considering going with pinnacle. Chase was extremely rude with him and told him he could be held responsible for the loan; my dad explained to him that he had already canceled, chase proceeded to tell him he needed to sign paper work, my dad was never told that when he verbally declined the offer months ago. I spoke with chase today to get some understanding about what needed to be done; he was repulsively rude and lying about the conversation he had with my dad and said my dad was screaming at him and was rude . Thats not even my dads character. ***** had an edge in his voice the moment I started speaking to him. He raised his voice, over talked me and then hung up. I told him I would never use his company and he said he didnt care. This is the guy that represents your company pinnacle; Ive never been spoken to so rudely. I asked him could I speak to the person who was over him and he stated that the person over him doesnt speak with customers. Just insane - when it comes time for siding on my own home, pinnacle will definitely not be a choice. This regional manager definitely needs to take some leadership and customer service classes!

We apologize for any confusion brought on by our Cancellation Policy paperwork. Be assured that your father's contract has been cancelled. There are no charges for the loan cancellation or the contract cancellation. We require a signature (if possible) to ensure that it is the actual customer that is requesting the cancellation. That is why the contract has a section dedicated to our cancellation policy - including a signature line. Thanks for your prompt response. My parents never received the aforementioned documents. They would have definitely signed those cancellation papers had they known. Had Chase cared enough to be more helpful rather than hateful this all could have been preventedReview fromMel R

Company installed custom windows in my previously-screened back porch. Good product and good quality installation. One screen in the new window was missing and the company did come back later with a replacement.Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC
