We had windows installed and the men were very efficient and pleasant. My only concern was that the caulking was hurried. We are enjoying our windows.

I had sidi ng installed on my home 5 years ago. I have a life time warranty. The first problem was after the siding was installed I saw a leak in my kitchen. The contractor came out and said they fixed it. Then all of a sudden this year I'm sitting in the living room and heard this big boom my deck collapsed siding came off. I did not think anything with the siding at the time so I had a deck contractor come out he said there was rotten wood under the siding and no flashers was there.. I asked who was responsible for installing flashers they said I was. If they never told me I needed flashers how would I know. I have been back and forth with this company siding off the back of my home rotten wood is shown and I need to have a deck installed. Pinnacle said they can come out and give me a estimate as to the cost to repair. I contacted several siding contractor and I was told they would install flashers. Now I'm still payng for this siding and I have to pay more to install flashers and put the siding back on my home. This is crazy.Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced leaks in your ?home. We understand your frustration and would like to address your concerns. However, we would like to clarify that the flashing was not our responsibility. As per our agreement, our scope of work was limited to installing siding. The flashing installation falls under the responsibility of the contractor who installed your roof. Chimney flashing should be installed the same time the roof is installed. ?Similiarly, the outer band connecting the deck to the house was not properly flashed when the deck was built. My name is *****************. I spoke to ************** 12/9 /2022 about my roofing he was extremely rude. I was almost in tears. I cancel my contract with Pinnacle two days after the salesman left my home. Because I found a better price that I can afford, ************* told me that it doesnt matter Im still responsible for this contract and on 12/29. 2022 they were going to drop off the material to my house. He told me that financing company has already approve and pay the loan off to pinnacle. So Im responsible for this loan .I was never told when I called to cancel this project I had to put it in writing. I believe it was ************** I spoke because I recognize his voice. Extremely rude. I pray that yall would better your Managers to be polite to customers. I reading someone else complaint about ************** Being so inconsiderate and rude.Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC

We are enjoying the product that was installed. It has been through several days of rain and some high winds. The leaf guard rain gutters keep the leaves out and has great curb appeal. The service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My roof was past the stage of repair and Pinnacle was able to find me great low cost financing in order to completely replace my entire roof. Suprisenly the roof on my shed was replaced too. This company went beyond the basic service over and over again. They were in contact with me through every step and even replaced wood on my chimney siding that was damaged due to my old leeky roof. I contacted PinnacleHome Improvements for siding and roofing, they also installed a sliding door and two other doors at my request. The whole process was good, the people at Pinnacle and contractors were friendly. I had one issue with a worker accidentally broke my outdoor water spigot off and water was going everywhere. I turned off the water to the house, contacted Pinnacle and advised them of situation. They responded quickly and professionally, put on a new spigot and didnt have to stop the other work from progressing. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone and plan on using them in the future for windows!!!!Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC
