    The resort we selected for our free seven-day stay was not clean. During the trip to *********** the room was nice and they boasted about a hot tub that did NOT work. They promised ease of use, and I am now paying for something that I cannot use and they won't respond to anything I send, sharing my poor experience. I have not received one phone call from the timeshare to acknowledge or address our concerns. We would not recommend using Wyndham. We want it canceled. -******************* and ***************************

    Wyndham is a horrible ********************** to enter into any contract. My mother was assured that she would be able to pass this on to her heirs. She died in August and they have refused to provide me the information on how to transfer it. I then got an answer, sent the paperwork in October and they are refusing to acknowledge it. Death, taxes and terrible customer service from ********************** are all you are guaranteed in life.
