Where do i start? I have had the worst experience as a pregnant mother who has had pregnancy complications that ended my time at work early. Then on top of that they repo my car literally two weeks after having my daughter AND having preeclampsia. I was responding with them through text and didn't know that its not the same as speaking on the phone. I call the customer service number that's based in ** and got rude answers from a woman the whole time with her not having my health as a consideration even when I told her I just spoke to them while I was in the hospital about paying 400$ so it would be out of repo status as soon as I would get out of the hospital. The woman rudely hung up and told me to call the store with my problems. I asked for the area general manager she still was rude to me. After all the years I worked in customer service I have never been spoken to with such discern and rudeness from a customer based business. I have never received anything in the mail about it being escalated to repo status. I know I only paid 1 payment due to my health during my pregnancy but I did tell them I would be paying the 400$ just as soon as I leave the hospital and literally a day of being home from preeclampsia they repo my car. I at least deserve to have someone speak to me with kindness. Even if they can work on me with payments to get the car back that would be everything since I have literally been on bedrest and incapable of gaining any income from that time being. I was trying my best to stay in contact as well since my health was not the best. Absolutely treated me as their customer with such disrespect and no care in the world I don't know what kind of customers they are keeping but not all of us are always in good standing. This was at ******** store and my name is *********************************** I only took a $1015 loan out.

Thank you for notifying the ******* of Mrs. *********** complaint. We appreciate this opportunity to respond. The ******* operates in strict compliance with state and federal laws and an investigation into the grievance proved it committed no wrongdoing. On January 9, 2024, ************************ borrowed $1,015.00. A review of her account reveals that she only submitted one payment on March 10, 2024, in the amount of $163.47. Thereafter, ************************ was uncooperative and had extremely limited communication with the *******. After exhausting all available means of working with ************************, on July 15, 2024, the ******* repossessed its collateral. As stated on the first page of Mrs. *********** loan agreement here loan is made pursuant to Chapter 15 of the Title 6.2 of the Code of Virginia. Under that applicable law, specifically, the Virginia Consumer Finance Act, the ******* is not required to send borrowers a notice prior to taking possession of its collateral. Finally, despite ************************** contentions, the employees adamantly deny her claims and the ******* is not aware of any other customer service complaints against the employees. Notwithstanding the above, the ******* is a customer focused lender and always tries to work with customers as opposed to selling a vehicle. With that said, the ******* is willing to discuss a mutually beneficial settlement arrangement with ************************. The *******s Assistant General *******, *******, tried to speak with ************************* but was unsuccessful in reaching her. With that said, if ************************ is interested in the *******s offer, she should call ******* at ************ by July 25, 2024. If ******* does not hear from ************************ by July 25, 2024, the ******* will proceed with selling the vehicle in a commercially reasonable manner. Thank you again for your assistance in this matter as well as the opportunity to respond. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.

I am simply leaving this review with hopes others read this and know they have rights !! This company illegally repossessed my car. They sent me a letter certified on 1/2/2024, and on 1/4/2024 my car was repossessed . According to ** law , ** Statue ****** They are required to give me a written notice 20 days PRIOR to repossession, failure to do so , results in wrongful repossession. I have since tried to make a deal with them, but since they refused , I have since obtained legal representation and have every intention of suing them. They may have had the right to possession BUT they still need to follow the LAW!!!They also tried to charge me for my personal property which is ALSO illegal !! Doing some digging myself, the person listed on the certificate of occupancy hanging on there wall , died in 2017 ....There certificate/registration with ********* **** of financial institution is revoked ....The repo company they hired " AAC Recovery " ********************* , well his certificate has been dissolved. They are required to file annual reports according to ** Stat : ******** but but have not filed since 2014, and 2005.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! If they still around , because I am going after them with everything I've got !!!

Thank you for notifying the company of ****************** complaint. We appreciate this opportunity to respond. An investigation of ****************** comments proved the company committed no wrongdoing.. Moreover, despite ****************** contentions, the company is fully licensed and regulated by the ********* Department of Financial Institutions. A review of ****************** account reveals on June 6, 2023, she borrowed $,3010.00. The terms, conditions and cost of the loan was fully explained to **************** by the companys personnel and clearly displayed on the loan documents, in big bold print as required by the Federal Truth in Lending Act. At no time did **************** indicate that she was confused about the terms of her loan. Thereafter, **************** only submitted two payments (7/6/2023: $817.28 and 8/14/2023: $820.00) and eventually stopped communicating with the company altogether. On December 12, 2023, the company mailed **************** a Notice of Right to Cure Default in accordance with ********* State law. Then, on January 4, ****, after exhausting all means of reaching ****************, the company repossessed its collateral. Next, the company is a customer-focused lender and only uses reputable vendors and takes all complaints seriously. With that said, the company reached out to the towing company and the owner was adamant that he informed **************** that she can retrieve personal items at no cost. Clearly, the company is confronted with two different stories and has no reason not to believe the towing company. In closing, the company operates in strict compliance with state and federal laws and has committed no wrongdoing. Thank you again for your assistance in this matter, as well as the opportunity to respond.

Absolutely the worst! Will Only loan a fraction of the amount other loan services, fees are outrageous. You get hassled if you try to pay early. They held my completely cleared title refusing to give it back over 2 weeks after the payment in full transaction occurred. It literally took me 14 days and refusing to leave to get my title back because I paid in the first 30 days. **************** reps were rude and nasty, refusing to help find my title. Please! Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

The company operates in strict compliance with state and federal laws and has committed no wrongdoing. The cost of the loan was fully explained to this customer by the office personnel and clearly displayed on the contract, in large bold print in compliance with the Federal Law. This customer did not attempt to pay her loan off early, in fact, she submitted her payment late. The same day that this customer paid off, the company requested the title from the state DMV office. Prior to submitting this review, the customer received the ********************. Finally, despite this customer's contentions, the office employees were very kind and helpful. Furthermore, the company is not aware of any other customer service issues involving these office employees.

They were suppose to repo the car but still sitting there. I called them . ***** tells me they are in no hurry to pick it up and rather compound daily interest on it and later towing fees. ***** said even if I turn it in they rather charge daily until they decide to sell on auction. Never do business with this company.

Got a loan with them, and have been late. They call and harass you with threats. Told them numerous times to come and repo the truck months ago as I have gotten another vehicle but yet here it still sits! Never do business with a company like this ever! They will leave extremely unprofessional voicemail messages and threats on your voicemail! Will be filing as many complaints as possible!

I had fall behind in several bills and since my suv is paid off I thought I would take a loan to help me pay them. So I went to the ************* office and while the process was seemingly simple its after I got the loan that I have a problem. First off they dont give you a monthly payment amount, your first payment is all they tell you and while that was a huge chunk of money I thought all its okay because that would make the actual loan amount go down, wrong instead every month my payment seems to be going up instead of down. I can understand paying interest on a loan because thats the American way, but for them to charge interest on a daily basis is just ridiculous and they dont seem to be doing anything to help a consumer they shouldnt be allowed to practice loan servicing at all
