    In October of this year I paid $379.00 for an insurance adjuster course. They use a third party company ( ************) to provide the course and training online. I tried for a whole month to take the course but the course kept having glitches and errors . These glitches and errors were not related to my internet connection or computer as I tried taking the course online from several different locations and using several different devices. The online course provided wasnt completable as it kept making me start over and kicking me out the course once I began going through the training and practice questions. I called ************ in early November to explain to them the issues that I was having and they werent much help . They informed me that in order to get a refund I would have to contact AB *************** and get them to refund me since I wasnt able to go through the training and complete the required steps in order to take the Adjuster License exam. I contacted AB *************** in early November and spoke with A ******* on many occasions and he informed me that a refund was issued to me via the card that I used to purchase the training material. I contacted my bank multiple times over the past two weeks and they informed me each time that no refund had been processed from AB ***************. I contacted Mr. ******* again and informed him of what my bank told me and he rudely told me that the refund had been issued and that I can just dispute the original transaction with my bank. Poor customer service at its finest. I kindly asked him to provide me proof that a refund was issued and he told me that he would email me later on that afternoon. He lied as its a week later and I have yet to receive an email from him. The fact that he wasnt able to provide proof of a refund is a big red flag. I just want my money back as I paid for a course and training and was not able to take the course / training due to the many glitches. Please give me my $379 back.
