    On 8/27, 8/28, 8/29 I purchased gems which is an in game currency for Smite. I purchased roughly $650 worth of gems over these 3 days, and I have spent thousands over the span of several years. Now I had a few gems and bought skins, then I needed to buy more so I was prompted to go to smites store, and from there I bought gems, over and over and time and time again. Until I had enough for every skin in the game available at the time. The following day I go to get online and Im banned. Customer support doesnt want to help, they said they cant reverse a ban even if they make a ban in error. So either i hope theyre lying, or they plan to refund me all my money Ive spent on this account, or Im going to pursue legal action because its a ton of money invested at this point that is being kept from me without delivering a product or service and I dont care how much it costs. (Obviously because I spent 10K on game skins) I just want someone to work something out with me to where this whole mess is made right. Ive got ranked rewards and limited edition skins that I have no way of getting again without help from ******

    Hello ****** company is a company that makes games. The issue I'm having is on ************* their game, I went to support multiple times but when they could not resolve my issue they would just close the chat no matter how much proof I provided. The issue that happened is about my account where I have all my levels, weapons, rogues, and cosmetics, were all taken away total reset. I went to support to ask if they could fix this but completely disregarded my issue. If you state this to them they will surely understand what I am talking about. I am asking for my account to be fixed or get ****** Rogue bucks and ***************** to at least purchase everything I once had, Also when telling them this info let them know my info for my account is the following. Email of rogue account ********************* , PSN is cevrol. Thank you and I hope this revolves the issue at hand because I spent the over 2 years playing and spending money on my account just to be reset and left with nothing. I will also be attaching what my account used to look like and what it looks like currently keep in mind it is the same account on the same platform etc.

    In-game Name: SpiderBlinkX 8/9/2022: during a situation where a toxic player was presenting themselves in an ill manner and targeting another teammate, I sought to get the player to stop and the targeted teammate to play again. Both players proceeded to be toxic against eachother. I tried to enlighten the players on how to better represent themselves through positive feedback. Upon seeing that I was not able to sway the other player from continuing with the game, I informed them that I would report them and send the video to ******; this prompted the player to report me (I presume) and my account was suspended, for no ill actions of myself, for one week. This was the 5 time that these suspensions happened. I relayed how flawed the system was to ******, but they choose not to acknowledge it and continue on with ill conceived practices. I am contacting the attorney general as well because I am being defrauded and my account helps me stream and it is an account that I placed a great deal of money into. According to *********'s Smite guidelines, I am not doing anything that is consequential and worth a suspension, but ****** never listens and they continue to punish positive players who are seeking to change the community and have changed themselves. This goes against every possible term and condition as a consumer. I am seeking a refund, reverse suspension, and/or some type of credit due to the egregious suspensions for no apparent reason. Once I was first suspended, now if I have a bad game, ***** suspends me again without me ever saying anything. They stated that I can be suspended for previous games but I've recorded games and illustrated that none of my actions warrant a suspension. *****/****** has continued to ignore their consumers and defraud them. I am seeking corrective actions.

    I paid to receive gems. They put them on the wrong account. I contacted support and they stated it was my fault. So I contacted again and have been ignored for over a week. This company is a scam. ********************* there. They refuse to admit when they have messed up. They refuse to even help with anything.
