    Hello,I placed an order with this company on 12/10/2023 and have yet to receive my items. The estimated delivery date that I received via email confirmation was December 13, 2023 - December 14, 2023. I attempted to utilize the chat feature several times to determine the tracking status with no luck. Also, I found the **************** phone number on their website and when I called, I was told that I had reached the physical store location and the online orders are separate. The gentlemen informed me that I would only be able to further inquire about the status of my order via the website and that I should send an email. I sent an email on 1/7/2024 explaining the situation and received a response from *********************** on 1/8/2024 stating he would be looking into my issue and following up before the end of the business day. I have yet to receive any response or follow-up from anyone, and I sent another email on 1/12/2024, which has also gone unanswered. I would like a full refund for this order. I used a 3rd party payment system and they are advising they cannot refund me because there is no proof that I didn't receive my order and this merchant is being unresponsive.

    After making an initial purchase of $1,489.27 Techmonk billed my newly established in-store credit account which was established through BreadFinancial an additional $847.98. They claim they can't find then transaction but the financing company stated that they sent it in two hours after the first transaction. Someone in the store maxed out the extended credit that was given to me by BreadFinancial of $2,400.00. When I went into the store to resolve this conflict the manager assured me he would fix it. When I discovered a week later that he had not fixed it I went into the store. A different Manager *********************************** was present. After I told him the issue he told me he couldn't help me because he couldn't find the transaction in his computer on that day. He then told me I needed to leave his store when I shared with him that I was calling the police. I called the police from inside the store and placed them on speaker phone. I shared that I had been stolen from and that I needed a police to come and take a report. That report is included. I also included the original receipt for the items I actually purchased, the email for the actual purchase and a second email asking for payment for the fraudulent account. In addition I included an email response from TechMonk when I tried to resolve this on line.

    Took my Apple desktop into the store because of it running slow. i paid $149.i had to call to see if they had looked at it. Because i had not heard anything from them. they hadn' done anything with it . .so they looked at it and told me NOTHING they could do because it was considered VINTAGE. now my computer is worse that when i took it in. i want my money back.if they had told me they couldn't do anything because of the age (purchased in 2015) i would have bought a new apple computer from them.I think their business practice is unethical and unfair. i am a 63 year old woman. and i fell like I've been taken advantage of

    Can my refund get processed again ?? Please its been a total of 10 business days already you guys canceled my order saying that the customer requested when I clearly didnt it supposedly got processed june 19 and its now June 29th and I know you guys did not process the refund correctly because its still supposed to be a pending charge why did the charge not say pending even though my order got canceled ? My request right now is that I want my refund processed again its been a total of 10 business days it should never take this long for me to get my refund also my bank told me that from there end they (as in techmonk) already took the funds because it shouldve been a pending charge and thats the same thing I said either process my refund again or Im going to *** you guys because my bank said from there end there are no funds do you guys better do something It should say pending and this is the same day when the order got canceled I need to pay for my rent Im 4 days late because of you guys you guys never pick up your phone and if you the person ok the phone always says I help with an order that was placed onlineorder number TM#****

    On May 24, 2023 I made an order on techmonk website for an 16" MacBook Pro with M2 in the amount of $2,796.31. The order number was Order TM#****. Upon placing this order it was instantly cancelled on may 24, 2023. At the same time i got an order confirmation email, I was immediately sent an order cancellation email. I waited 24 hours and saw that i had not received a email stating that i was refund for the cancelled order, I immediately went on their support page and called their number to which they picked up and said that I had called their store and they were not able to help with my online order, my only option was to email them. For the next 11 days I sent multiple emails and never received a response until June 5, 2023. I expressed my concern that I felt like I was being scammed and that I just wanted my money back. Finally On June 5th I received an email from the *** *********************** saying that he processed a refund on June 5th and that there was a delay because something was wrong on his credit card processor side and that he had to manually refund me and I should have my refund back within 48 hours which I find ridiculous. It is now June 24, ******************************************************************************************** each and every single time that they do not see any refund being processed back to me. I have tried reaching out again and I am without a response from techmonk and I believe that I have been scammed for $2,796.31 and that my refund was never processed. I would like the better business bureau to please step in and help me get my money back.

    On 4/28/2023 I went into the ****** TechMonk store to have them evaluate my iPhone 13 issue - it would not turn on. ************** tested the phone and concluded it was a warranty defect and provided me with an order authorization #********. The form said the device was under warranty and would be replaced at $0 cost and turnaround time was 1-3 business days. They took my iPhone and I have not seen it since. I called multiple times over the next several weeks, but no one every answered. I left messages and stopped by the store several times. Here is a summary of my interactions. On May 1, I went to their store and they said it would be a couple more days before my new device would deliver. They said it would arrive by Wednesday May 3. On Wednesday May 3 I had to go to the store again in person (they do not answer their phone). At that time they said it would be delivered by May 5. On May 6 I got a hold of them and told them I was leaving college (my exams were finished) and needed the phone. They said they would ship it to my home when it arrived. They said it should just be a couple more days. On May 11 they sent a text saying they were not going to provide a new phone and that it would cost $580 to fix it. I told them I did not want to do that and to send my phone back immediately. They agreed. However, on 5/18 I received an empty box. No phone. I called them to find out what happened and they said they would have a supervisor call me. No one has called my as of 5/26 and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. Please help. I need the phone back I want to get a second opinion on fixing it. I suspect this is a scam and they kept my phone and are reselling it.
