    I am currently waiting for the company to fulfill their obligation to their customers. I cannot have my new battery installed in my phone as TechMonk closed their doors with absolutely NO NOTICE to customers. I went for my appointment and the doors were locked, lights out and sign on the door "Closed" no explanation at all.I spoke with someone in main location in Georgia that first week and he explained that the company was going out of business, but the stores would reopen the following week to fulfill open orders and return clients devices that were in for repair. That never happened. Spoke with an Apple rep and they said they cannot help me until TechMonk cancels their repair order. Can't get any response from anyone at TechMonk, so I am in limbo for over a month now with no solution in sight.

    Inconsiderate and Unacceptable lack of communication, standard of service, and sense of customer service.I have arrived and left this location 4 times, and I do not have my phone. I have wasted 2 whole days, paid $60, and run through 48 miles worth of gas with NO RETURN ON INVESTMENT. At no point have I risen my voice, cursed, called someone out of their name, or presented disrespectfully - not even a bad attitude. Beside being concise and exhausted, I have been nothing but kind, considerate, patient and proactive as a customer. Today it all was supposed to be settled, I was assured my phone would be ready by 4pm. I was also told the tech was going to work on my phone simultaneously as another customer's - this felt unwise and likely to cause my repair to have a malfunction so I decided to show a bit later. I was not asked for a contact phone number to notify me when my phone was ready, and I came home to find no emails notifying me of the status. My partner and I arrived at the store on Saturday July 29th at 7:26pm. The store is listed to close at 8pm on ****** and its own website. However the doors were locked and the building was empty. There was no communication about an early close, the surrounding plaza was in full swing of service being rendered elsewhere and no notice was posted on the door. Without my phone I am unable to utilize ***** or Uber, my partner has to call out of work to assist me in going tomorrow to speak with someone. We called at 7:30-7:35 to figure out what was going on and received immediate voicemail. Leaving your store early knowing that an already disgruntled customers pre-paid phone is still in building before the listed closing time is asinine, thoughtless, completely self-serving and below the standard of an "Apple ************************************ order ******** - TechMonk *****************
