  I have been going to this dentist since 2018. I sat in the waiting room for 2hours last week before being presented with a bill of almost $3k from 2018-2023. I always pay my fees upfront. I have never received a bill in any form. I called billing, I called the manager and received the same answers of there is nothing they can do, that I owe the full amount. Today I was told by the woman in billing that she told me a million times and will tell me a million more that there is nothing she can do. So I called the local law office and was informed that after 4years of receiving no bill I do not owe. My lawyer called the office to speak to the owner ********************************* who wasnt available. Within the hour I received a call back from a lady who claimed to be over billing, she was very rude with the what can I do for you? I told her what the local law office had told me and she changed her demeanor. She says she will look into what they can do for me, but I wont stop there, read the reviews of this place. They need to be shut down..These past two months I have seen a dentist here who pushed the needle in so deep he cause inflammation and an infection, Ive been in more pain than ever. Im seeing a new highly recommended dentist tomorrow.

  Just had the worst experience of my Life! Smith Dental Care of Athens just now NEW *********** here is **** POOR yes **** POOR!!!! I Dont recommend ANYONE bringing their DOG here. Ive been coming to this establishment since December 19,2018 with these Dang Braces. My treatment was for 24 months!! Here it is 2023 Im STILL in Braces EVERY MONTH they call to cancel my appointments. I have to get ugly on the phone and then yes we will be able to see you. Now heres the kicker I DONT OWE THEM ANY MONEY! My Treatment is PAID IN FULL so NO yall not gone shuffle me around like you want too! Every time I get use to a Ortho Assistant they change to someone new which is bad within itself. Get here today for a 6 p.m. appointment in which ***** that called yesterday to cancel said they would see me today after speaking to a manager who told her to keep it at 6 p.m. today 3/22/23 They tell me we cant see you today your appointment was canceled and you didnt answer the phone when we called. LIES I had the phone record and the text message. The young lady that claims to be the manager came to the front desk with the wrong attitude to begin with What can I help you with what you mean Im here for me 6 oclock. She talking about they was expecting me at 4 p.m. another LIE cause if I was suppose to be here at 4 why would I show up at 6? Make it make since! I am HIGHLY disappointed! I was told to wait for the young lady to come back to finish helping me, only to find out they were keeping me there because the police had been called on me. And some random guy came out the back saying he was a manager but refused to talk with me and told the police he wanted me bared. When I asked was he back there the whole time? He states that the young lady called him and he came in. So why didnt she get him from the jump when I asked to speak with a manager. Ive taken the shuffling around of schedule changes and assistants. Today was the absolute worst. And I was bared for 2 years!
