    This company is a complete and total scam. It operates just like a pyramid scheme, and punishes those they contract with for NOT lying. They tell EVERYONE they have day one coverage even if its a two year wait. Id give zero stars if applicable. Theyre untrustworthy, and the companies they write with are just as awful. I should sue for the emotional distress this company has put my family through.

    My Fiancee cashed the 5 dollar check because she needed gas for the vehicle, that is when the trouble started. Our first contact with our agent was wonderful and very pleasant attitude. Next thing we know here he pops in a second time unannounced he kept asking where I was 8 times in 1 minute.She is getting nervous by his actions looked at here with no emotions. fumbled with the excuse why he was there. she does not scare easy he has her scared. He got my payment information wrong said that there was a problem with the payment. Said my Fiancee's payment went through but the company said it didn't. Having second thoughts never have I seen her scared like this in 7 years.

    **** k. *********! Of North American ! What an awesome lady! Came to our home and sat with us helped us to get a better health insurance company! Extremely knowledgeable in her field and very helpful ! She made all the calls and did not leave us till all was good for us! My husband and I were amazed at her knowledge and her expertise in her field! I am grateful to her for all her help ! If you need a new health plan please call her! She is amazing! Thank you ****!

She takes the time to explain every single aspect of your policy, to your understanding.Mrs. ****** is extremely knowledgeable in her profession.
