******************. They helped my family and I recieved thousandssss of dollars back just in time for Christmas, got my mom out of a 6,000$ loan she couldnt pay back and even helped us save money on our premium. I noticed people only leave reviews when things are bad but I can attest that this company is GREAT TO WORK WITH!

The sales representatives (2 men) came to my home (single female) and I wouldn't let them in. I was questioned as to whether my home was dirty. I told them they were rude and the response was that I was the rude one. I slammed the door or their faces. Firstly, they parked in my driveway instead of the street which is not for anyone popping up uninvited to my home and blocking me in by the way. Second, I am not letting any stranger into my home! I don't care who you are, what laminated card you have, what badge you have on or even if by signing the $5 check meant I consented. The police aren't getting in without a warrant and they better slide that baby under the door for me to confirm that it is correct and that the real cops are there! Finally, how disrespectful to infer that my home was not clean (it is clean) and they weren't going to find out if it was dirty or clean either way. They sales person clearly stated that I was not under any obligation to sign up during his little spiel, so when I said they weren't coming in, he should have just left. Don't sign that $5 check! It is not worth the hassle. I have 2 life insurance policies, so I really don't need their services. Don't get mad because you aren't getting that commission ******

Worked for them for just over a year. They insist you call yourself a "Benefits Coordinator" yet you are just a life insurance broker. They use questionable business practices like "sales leads" from $5 checks that are sent out to people on ********/********. You can read more about those in almost any BBB complaint here. They train you to be a "Benefits Coordinator", talk about ****************** SS/SSDI and even go as far as saying you were sent there by the county to get them an update on their benefits. Their process includes using your state license ($40 and 1 week of studying) and a BBB "license" to gain credibility with vulnerable seniors. Once you're in the house, the managers will have you lie on insurance applications to get them approved for "better coverage", take people out of perfectly fine policies to extract cash value and raise their premiums, forge signatures and commit fraud. The rising stars in the company quickly fizzle out due to high chargebacks, losing carriers for bad business or burned out from the constant push to become "builders" and recruit people underneath them.

We've received several unsolicited $5 checks from this company. The checks state there's no obligation if you cash them so we did. We've since made senior/end of life plans and no longer needed any information from them. We've had several agents show up for unscheduled, unwanted appointments. Today's was the worst-2 agents showed up on our porch and asked for my husband. They said *** you've been on our site and filled out a request for information (No! He hadn't!). My husband indicated very strongly to them that they were displaying **** tactics and ought to leave. They said the state sent them out!! Whaaaat? Even if he had looked for information on their site it gives them zero right to show up unannounced at my house.
