  ***************************** is one of the most objective, straightforward, honest, and patient benefit coordinator I have ever worked with. She educated me on benefits for me and my son. Never leaning toward one program or another. Just focusing on what we needed, the best program for us, and how we could or could not benefit from it. She exceeded all of my expectations. I 100% recommend her!

  Thankful that this young man knocked on my door today. Very polite and respectful from when I answered the door to when he left. Also very informative and helped me get into a better program that will help my daughter and my granddaughter.

  As an Agent through North American Senior Benefits this company has been life changing for me. Over the last 8 months I can say proudly that the familys I have been able to sit down with have been incredibly great full for the service I was able to provide them. Depending on if they decided to cash the check for extra senior discount programs or the State ************************ Programs Ive been able to help out every family I have sat with. As every clients situations differ, between giving clients reassurance and clarity they have the best programs for themselves by making sure that their programs are in good health. Also were equipped with the proper tools to help clients that have never been guided in the right direction and was looking to get something started. No matter what every client I have sat with is in better situation than before. One personal story from myself that helps me going and loving doing what I do. This client of mine, I had approached the door with the check he had gotten through the mail and filled out over a year ago. There was not a phone number attached, and being so long before I was able to make it out to him, he wasnt too quick to remember why he cashed the check but realized I could help him out. After sitting with him and his wife for a couple of hours and explaining who I am and what we do. I was not only able to help him save money on his upcoming dental surgery but also was able to get them a reimbursement Check for $42,000 back in the mail. Meanwhile he was 78 and his wife was 79. They had 5 outstanding credit cards and were struggling to buy groceries. To me realizing how much I had just changed their financial situation and living quality went the distance keeping me to continue helping out every family best in their own individual way. Thank you North American Senior Benefits and a even bigger thank you to my mentors for the amazing opportunity and training thats been provided.

  This company is ridiculous. I have had people show up to my home unnanounced on several occasions. I get at least 7 (SEVEN) or more calls per day from different numbers even though i have let them know i am NOT interested. This harassment needs to stop it is nerve wrecking and extremely invasive. I would never do business with ANYONE with these types of menacing ans unnerving tactics. I HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY TO TAKE ME OUT OF THE SYSTEM. I am only to be met with someone speaking to me rude and idignantly. This must be stopped. Looking at the other reviews i am in AWE at how they are still able to operate. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD....TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL AND MAIL LIST. PLEASE

  Found my lifelong career with North American Senior Benefits! The leadership, culture, and morale of this company is second to none. We treat our clients like family and do everything we can to leave them in the best situation possible - all while being compensated exceptionally well. Love this company! Since we are state licensed, we are able to help our senior citizens navigate through complicated and confusing policies and make sure they are getting the discounts they deserve and arent spending hefty amounts out of pocket for prescriptions, dental, vision, and hearing expenses! Love this company!!

  North American Senior Benefits is using trickery to gain business. We received a $5 check. I told my husband not to cash it as it maybe a scam. Figured I would look this company up on the BBB. Multiple complaints on BBB about these $5 checks. If you sign the check they have your signature and your bank account information. Check is being destroyed. Stop scamming the elderly. And no I don't want an apology from this company.

  Scam artists. A local rep came by and claimed to be a "State Employee" and that he had a .gov ***** address. That he was there to assist her with her state benefits. Even showed a POORLY made lanyard ID card around his neck, with a crapy looking ID that anyone can generate on photoshop. His lanyard also was for some medical company, not a state issued lanyard. Total scam artist. Actually works for this company, North American Senior Benefits, Inc.. He had a form filled out by my mother that even said on it "not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency".

  This is the most harassing company I have ever encountered. They call 2-3 times a day on phone numbers that are in your area code, however when I called the numbers back they are disconnected or belong to some one else. The only thing they do is use up my cell phone batteries and cause me to miss important calls, since I no longer trust the calls coming in. When I have answered and asked for a supervisor or for them to delete my number they hang up. DEFINATLY A COMPANY NOT!!! TO TRUST!

  These people keep showing up at my house...disregarding the NO SOLICITATION signs at the entrance to the neighbor hood, saying they are there in response to me filling something out on line for life insurance. I haven't done this nor do I intend to as I have a agent that takes care of all that!! This is the 4th time they have been here and I just happen to be here this time. I told this lady I didn't fill anything out, I don't do stuff like that online and she insisted I take her card to show she was here.....and for one thing I am NOT a senior citizen...so I don't think I would be seeking information from a place that deals with seniors. The last time they were here my handicapped mother answered the door and and this lady told her she would keep coming back until I was there.....NO THANK YOU DON'T COME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AGAIN, THEY SHOULDN'T BE JUST SHOWING UP AT SOMEONES DOOR LIKE THAT PERIOD!
