    ***** is very knowledgeable and informative She knows how to explain difficult things as well as complicated matters. She is also very kind, smart, and honest. I recommend her to everyone.

    Ok so I receive this check in the mail for $5 accompanied by a letter. No Am Senior Benefits that accompanies the check says that if you cash it, you don't have any obligation to purchase anything from the company. You are giving them permission to either get in touch with you by phone at the number you provided on the back of the check I DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PHINE NUMBER.So 2 men appear at my home right at the dinner time UNANNOU**ED hour catching me by surprise stating something about a signature from me and immediately showing me an iPad with my signature asking is this my signature? I said certainly looks like it but WHY do you have my signature on your iPad? The man (will not give his name but I have his card) then starts explaining they are sent by the ** something to go 9ver my insurance needs, etc. I said immediately that $5 check? It said only if I give my phone number to be contacted /. Mind you this man was extremely polite and the other young man must have been in as he said nothing. So I told him I was fully taken care of nd not interested but he kept on talking. My husband then came around and flatly told them to leave and he kept on talking. It took another 5 minutes for them to leave my house. My big complaint is that NO ONE has MY PERMISSION to carry my signature on their iPad for any reason at all!I want it deleted and I want all of my information erased and taken out of their system. I want to know how this will be done. Again the young man was very polite but a little insistent. He did show me his credentials. LONG STORY SHORT DONT CASH THIS CHECK.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience. I appreciate that our agent was polite and we thank you for mentioning that! The reason our agents keep a copy of your signed check on their device is for your safety in order to verify that it is your signature to prove the check came from our company. It is only used for that purpose and not sold to any third party or altered in any way or removed from the check image. It is securely stored and provided to an agent who wishes to discuss your insurance needs and we keep a record of which agent received the information. We can and will immediately remove that image and your contact information from our system and will contact the agent and request that he permanently delete the image as well. No other agent will have further access and you will not be contacted again. I hope this helps to reassure you that your information is safe. Your piece of mind is paramount to what we do whether it is life insurance needs or privacy and data concerns. Thank you for letting us know about your experience so that we can better improve the way we do business and serve other consumers in the future. We will look at the phrasing on that check as well to prevent anyone else from feeling that they are being visited without justification. Thank you again for the valuable feedback you have provided.

    This company is less than honest about when coverage starts. The salesman made a point of saying that when he received the policy number from Mutual of ***** that the coverage began. He even circled Immediate Coverage - No waiting period on the work sheet. Sadly, my wife passed prior to making the first payment and Mutual of Omaha refuses to pay off. North American Senior Benefits has trained their representatives this way. I cant get my wife back, but I can warn any prospects to BE CAREFUL dealing with this North American Senior Benefits. They cannot be trusted.

    Easily one of the most efficient and courteous people in the business of benefits and life insurance out there. I filled out a card asking for information about benefits and ************************* stopped by the ***** of god and blessed me with the best insurance options out there, helped me save ***** of out of pocket expenses , and lowered my monthly premiums in half! This company is a blessing!!!

    I thank ***** and you for your patience with helping me..social services did approve me got a letter from them..I check my account at bank an on the 8..8 they had put the money back..Ms ******************* thank ***** for your help..it's so many people need help out there like myself... that don't know how to get the help they needs an they just give up become they are turn down or rejected...I hope that there are more ms ********* out there that care an concern about helping people's that can be trusted an patience with them like you are with me..I appreciate you so much I would have given up with social services if ***** had not given you to help me..thank you so much for going the extra mile for me

    I allowed a North American Senior Benefits ************** Broker into my home,she offered free medical benefits,with hopes of me changing my present life insurance to an insurance with higher premiums and lower death benefit payment. She has all of my personal information,could steal my identity easily,she left her business card with her phone number,I tried calling the number it's out of service,I called the company the receptionist gave me the ladies actually number you can't leave a message,I feel as though I was scammed,the agents name is *****************************,the number she gave me,was out of service when I called,her phone number that she uses with the company she works for I couldn't leave a message,if she's legitimate,I should have been able to contact her and I wasn't able to,I am nervous about allowing a stranger into my home,divulging all of my information and what she'll do with what she jotted down on paper.
