    Its really a zero. I have sent several inquiries on my account and have received any responses. I paid them over 12k to help me with me taxes and now they have disappeared. This is not right.

    Alliance Tax Solutions has disappeared from sight with every ones money and they did this with out any notice. They have disconnected all the phone numbers and packed up the office on ************* Dr with no way to get in touch with them.

    Paid over 12K for personal and biz tax services. About 1/3 of what I paid for was completed. Phone numbers are disconnected. Emails go unanswered. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

    The business relationship started well, then suddenly there was no communication. All emails weren't being returned, no matter to which agent it was being sent and ALL phone numbers provided on the website and from personal contact were no longer in service. There was no communication that there had been a change; which left me vulnerable to collections and funds being deducted without services rendered in completion. I don't understand how the company vanishes, but all remnant of it (website) is still presenting as if still established.

    I've paid you as agrees,but can't get anyone to call me back. Your websites number no one answers. Even my emails no answer. I feel like you guys are scamming!

    I can't get in touch with them and I've been paying them a monthly fee to get my taxes reduced.No answers at phones, or to emails. Went to my IRS site and it was full of dire warnings about my non-tax payments, which I thought were getting taken care of. So I'm thinking I've been scammed, I paid them a lot of money and I'm sick.

    I gave them ****** no resolve, now all there numbers are not working. No communication as to they were closing. I received letter from IRS that I am no longer being represented.

    Horrible company! Do not waste your money. We lost $5200 before we realized this company is unreliable! There is a very high employee turn over rate. We had 5 or 6 different attorneys that were assigned to our case within the first nine months! Nothing was accomplished, they were too busy requesting documents over and over again trying to catch up where the previous attorney had left off. We requested a partial refund and ****** never even responded to our request. Watch out ****** is a fast talker and does very little to address concerns. SAVE YOUR MONEY!STAY AWAY!
