    took over ***** and no solution to tax problem. Heard advertisement on 2021 and haven't heard anything. the only thing they did was file back taxes. no solutions at all. no more website and phone. this was a total scam.

    I paid for tax solutions and for them to resolve my tax issues and they didnt. I provided them the information they needed to resolve and no help.

    Over the course of approx 3 years paid this company $ 6850 for Tax relief and other tax services and received nothing other than a lot of sign this and sign that, we will get back with you or we're working on it..Tried contacting them several times via telephone and email , no answer , office lines are disconnected and no answer to emails.It appears that my file / info was sold or given to a ****************** in ******** without my permission.Alliance Never returned my files or any related results of the work i paid for . If i dont get a full refund within the next 48 hours i will file a complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agencies, and pursue prosecution to the full extent of the law.

    In the middle of working on my taxes for the government, they just stop and stop communicating all together. They were paid $9,000.00 in total, for the work. They were paid for this year tax return however did not complete the job.

    Paid company to help me resolve my tax issues. Paid company in full, after that all correspondence with company then stopped, I still have the same issue with the **** Nothing was resolved.

    I hired Alliance to prepare back taxes and negotiate payment for my husband and myself. My husband passed away in May of 2023. I notified the office of his passing to see how this would affect my file. I have never heard back from them and now my emails to them are bouncing back and the phone numbers no longer work

    This company has been taking monthly payments in the amount of $800.00 since August 2023 to file taxes from previous years not filed by me and has suddenly become unreachable with all phones being disconnected and no email responses. No services have been provided.

    I began with Alliance 9/2023. I had to take out a loan with *********** paying $148 per month to employee Alliance. I have not received any communication from them since November 2023. I received from the *** that Alliance was removed from my files effective December 2023. I have called and texted all persons/numbers available to me with no response from anyone.

    In January 2020 I hired Alliance Tax Solutions to assist me with resolving federal tax debt. They have handled all contact between myself and the **** All letters I've received I have forwarded to Alliance. In 2021 I told Alliance how I wished to resolve tax debt. I'm still receiving letters from the **** I've reached out to Alliance on numerous occasions and no one will return calls, I have gone to their office twice and I was told everyone works from home. At this point I want Alliance to tell me where I stand with IRS and whom might the contact person. No one will update me, leaving me to fend for myself after I paid them ****** dollars.
