The apartment management is trash when it comes to making sure the units are safe and healthy. I went through h*** to get a transfer to another unit after getting plenty of documented reports via inspection (certified mold company) and a verified diy lab kit. It was until I retained a lawyer that they took the matter serious. Meanwhile I was unable to sleep comfortably and kept getting sick whenever I was in that unit for months. Months later, the same thing occurs again. The condensation drain line backs up and sitting water causes mold to grow all through the fins in the ac coil. I send a request to maintenance with pictures showing the white/pink mold growing on the coils. Maintenance comes out and leaves a ticket saying they cleaned the mold but every is still exactly the way the picture was that I sent to them which is almost impossible. There is a pool of sitting water that is collecting bacteria and only feeding the mold the moisture it needs to grow. Im on the process of leaving but I have to let other people who are serious about considering becoming a residence to not do it. Their number one responsibility is to provide a safe and healthy environment for their tenants and from my experience they are horrible at it. The name of the apartments is Wesley Providence Apartments in **********, **. Ill post pics below if this site will allow me. I hope this helps someone and save them and their kids from wasting their money and putting their health at risk.
