    National Dealer Services continually harasses me by phone. They call almost daily and they refuse to remove me from their list. They are looking for ******, so they have the wrong number anyway. PLEASE HELP REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST! I also filed with ** Attorney General. I would like to hear about a resolution to this matter.

    Receive frequent unsolicited phone calls about a car I have never owned to get a new warranty. I have requested at least a dozen time to be put on their do not call list, but they keep calling. I wish them to never contact me again.

    They called me and attempted to gather personal information to cover a car I do not have. This company is a scam and its representatives are inappropriate. When I asked to be placed on their do-not-call list the representative refused and retaliated with sexual harassment and crude remarks.

    This company has called me hundreds of times and *** asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list. Today, I asked for the name and business address and the request was avoided and pretended to be misunderstood. I was persistent and the representative hung up on me refusing to provide me with the business address for the company she was representing. My number is also registered on the National Do Not Call registry and this business continues to call my number, my minor sons phone number and my minor daughters phone number which are both also on the registry.

    They call me daily, sometimes multiple times. They are harassing me because I have requested removal from their call list and they commit to removing me but never have. This has been going on for what seems like at least a year. More than anything- I dont have this car anymore - *** told them that over and over! Their calls wake me up, disrupts my meetings, and family time; it stresses me out because I never know the number theyre calling from making it impossible to block them. I refuse to do a mass block of unknown callers because Im a mother, actress, pastors wife, business woman - and I should not have to inconvenience myself because theyre harassing me. Please make them stop!!! I thought these calls were illegal. I want compensation for my time and harassment. They called today twice, and in an effort to identify them; who they are and where theyre located- I indulged. I was transferred to a ******************************* who claimed the company is Vehicle Dealer Services headquartered in **********. Please note this is not the address noted below. Perhaps ******* was lying. When I asked for a contact number - the call conveniently dropped. Help please!

    I receive at least 3 calls a day from this company. I have asked them over 10 time to remove me from my call list. I'm absolutely fed up with the volume of calls and their unwillingness to remove me. It's to the point it's harassing. i have told them I'm not interested. I even tried to tell them I sold the vehicle and yet they will not stop calling. This has been going on for at least 6 months.

    Seriously this company has to stop calling me. they call me 2x a day from different phone numbers every single time. I'm a busy person but also expecting some important phone calls that *** come from PA (their HQ probably) and I just dont have the time to tell this folks every single time that stop calling me. They just keep calling me. My phone number is on the national do not call list. What else can I do?Thanks

    Same as many complaints - robo calling. One stop. Seems nothing is being done about this company scamming the public .

    This complaint to national dealer services is about car warranty extension. I did not buy it. The problem is they just keep calling from different phone numbers mostly in *********. Unfortunately I have answered and asked them to take me off of their do not call list. Of course that never works. Today I engaged one of them in a friendly conversation and learned that their company national dealer services He said their office was in ********** and the phone number was ************. I tried to ask a couple other questions about their underwriter etc. and they call on and hung up in doing more research it seems they also have an office in *******. The phone calls come from an organization called ASC LLC which I learned is foreign. Please help me to get this entity to quit calling me *************. Thank you

    THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME....I TOLD THEM I AM ON THE *** LIST....AND THEY CAL 4 OR 5 TIMES A DAY. THEY USE A SPAM COMPANY TO CONNECT YOU AND THEN TRY AND SELL U A WARRANTY....ASC, LLC IS WHO MAKES THE CONNECTION THRU AN OVERSEAS COMPANY.
