      My name is L. ****, and I want to file a complaint against Allpoint Cardtronics ATM company, because of its intentionally deceptive service practices and lack of customer service.
      On 11/29/2022 at 16:01 I used my Fintwist card, number ****************, at the Allpoint ATM machine, terminal BR000301, located at Brookshire's in Comanche, Texas 76442. I tried to withdraw $280.00 This machine deducted this amount from my card, but did not dispense any cash. There is a camera in the store that proves that this machine didn't dispense the money.
      I called the Allpoint Cardtronics customer service but they were not able to help me. They gave me this reference number: *********, but other than that they were not able to help me, and told me that I needed to contact Fintwist.
      Fintwist, the financial institution that my employer uses to pay it's employees, also uses deceptive practices and it lies about how much time is necessary to resolve this issue. It delays and delays and delays the resolution of this matter, and tells me contradictory statements.
      It has been many days now, that I have not been able to use my money to pay for my food and utilities. I think it is not right that they damage the consumers and keep doing these fraudulent practices in order to use the money of the innocent people who don't have a way how to defend themselves.

      the uploaded attachment is from an ******** ATM that Cardtronics owns here in the ****** in Cedar Rapids IA
      it shorted me $140.00 and gave me my card back with a message stating the atm is out of service. How a company is allowed to have faulty ATMS in public places is beyond me

      On July 17 I was at ****** * **** * ***** ** ********* ** ***** to use the ATM. Placed card in machine then it displays loading then error. I tried to get $200.00 dollars but it didn't give any cash but the printed receipt stated it did. I just want what I'm owed and this mess over with my bank said they never got papers I know I mailed and closed the case

      10/01/22 1145am and again at 1210pm. I am at work my only physical card is in my pocket yet someone is able to somehow take every bit of my money out of an ATM I can't get any answers from anyone about the transactions but somehow allpoint cardtronics atms in des moines iowa got hacked costing me a total of $425 which was all my money and the thrives were able to do it without having my actual card or pin... I want my money back

      The transaction was on August 3rd, 2022.
      I attempted to get cash out of an Allpoint atm. It dispensed the money and I was looking at my phone, I looked away from my phone and back down and the money was gone. The screen said that I waited too long to grab the money and it took it back into the machine.

      That is all fine. My issue is that my account still showed a settled transaction for $400 even though the money was taken back by the machine. Even worse, I called the ATM company and they told me there's nothing they can do and I need to settle it with my bank.

      How can you add this feature to an ATM and not provide any recourse for the person to get their money back and not even attempt to help them?

      It is two weeks later and I am still out $400 while my bank does an investigation that they should not have to do. The ATM. Company should have just canceled the transaction once the money was taken back.
