      I've been fighting with this company to give me back $400.00 their ATM DID NOT DISPENSE! it has been 2 whole months!!! I'm asking all our local CVS to pull the machines as they ALL have issue. I have contacted our local news action lines as well. We need to file a Class action lawsuit!

      This place is giving me the runaround about my money ever since September 28 my mother is a manager at **** ** ******* and the only thing she said they had to do was audit the ATM machine they keep telling me that it’s my financial institution I didn’t go to my financial institution ATM machine to withdraw any money. I went to one of the Atm machines and steel haven’t got any resolution. My next step is contacting a lawyer to sue.

      Our **** **** **** is stuck in an atm at ******* They won’t help, and we tried all numbers on the ATM which either disconnect you, or they answer and state they cannot assist. ****** corporate also declined to assist, and transferred me to a different cardtronics number, but there is no option to speak to someone regarding operational issues. The only resolution process is a loop and there is no ability to actually report your issue.

      I am a disabled veteran. I went to a BP gas station to try to withdraw $400 from the ATM. The ATM made a noise and did not disperse my money. I tried again for $200 and still did not disperse my money and this time there was an employee from the gas station that witnessed the event witness name Dolores, I called the ATM company phone number and they indicated that I took the money I asked for video feed and evidence that I took the money and they indicated that I need to call my bank. I did not take the cash because the machine did not disperse the cash and later on the employee from the gas station, placed a sign that the machine ATM is out of order. I am still out $600 and no one is willing to assist me in returning my money. I politely asked that an ATM technician to go out to the ATM to repair it and see that there’s over $600 above the count JD the night shift supervisor that I spoke to indicated that this Has to disputed with my bank. I had to receive my money back.

      I used the atm to get 200 back and never got my money from the atm due to the atm door jamming I have video and bank won’t help and CardTronics refuse to email me back or have a way to speak to a person.

      I wanted to get $40 cash and I was at a gas station in Dilworth MN so I used the cardtronics atm. I used my debit card paying the $3 and got no cash. The manager tried it and I got the $40. So I paid $86 for $40 cash. Gas station couldn't help me, my bank couldn't help me, cardtronics wouldn't help me so I was screwed. That amount of money doesn't seem like much, but it is a tank of gas or a week's groceries and I am on a fixed income from social security so it ****** me off.
