    In 2018 we hired ChickBuilders to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. Because we live in a high rise, remodeling jobs are made more complex by HOA rules and the need to reserve service elevators and parking bays. ChickBuilders worked with our property manager to ensure that the work was performed in accordance with architectural control protocols. ChickBuilders promised they would complete the work in 30 days and they met their schedule with only one or two small punch list items. When we had a couple of minor issues during the warranty, period they took care of the repairs immediately. My husband and I cannot say enough goods things about ChickBuilders quality of work and professionalism. We still have a relationship with ChickBuilders today, long after the work has been completed.
