    I don't care for them. I bought the **************** 365 download for ***** and they sent me download instruct. icons with a name and password that did not work. I tried again and again. I ask for help and they sent me the same instructions. i requested money back several time by email and phone no help and no refund. Finally received a help line number to set up a meeting with *** to walk me through the process of loading my new program. My appointment was this morning and we talked as much as i could understand little. I got nothing done and they gave me a link to let them control my laptop mouse and computer and install the program. I declined. I didn't want him/them having total access to my computer. I felt I was being scammed from the start and I wasn't giving them access to my computer and everything on it. I think it was $***** dollars well spent. You live and learn
