    My name is ***** and last week, Friday 11/8/24, I ordered ********* plus 2019 for $49.99. It was supposed to be emailed to me in 5-10 minutes. I have not received it yet and need it for work. They did take my payment within 5 minutes. Could you please help me get as soon as possible?My order # is xxxxx and was supposed to be delivered in 5-10 minutes and it has been 4 days now.I have used their products before with no problems and would like to have this rectified.

    We purchased Windows word program from Helpful Downloads for ***** today and unable to activate purchased program. The instructions provided by Helpful Downloads were confusing and not applicable that they sent via email. They have no customer service that will respond to multiple phone calls.

    I purchased MS ****** 365 2019 from Helpful Downloads on 8/7/2024. Within a day I realized that I had a version already on my tablet so I requested a reversal of the charges or refund on 8/8/2024. The person who emailed me, named ****, told me the product is great. I should make an appointment with a tech to help me download it. If it didn't download, they would refund my money. I said I wasn't having a tech issue, that the software was redundant. That is why I wanted to return it and get a refund. Maybe "return it" is wrong because it was never downloaded. However, **** kept applying pressure to make a time with a tech. He (or she?) did not satisfy my request for a refund. I feel that I am getting jerked around. I contacted my credit card company but I cannot do anything till the charge is posted to my account. As of today at 3 pm the charge was still pending. Please help me. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business. This message from the business did not specify a refund but a later one did say I would get one. Still another email showed the amount. The business said it would take up to 7 working days. I am satisfied with this response provided that the refund does materialize within 7 business days.

    PURCHASE MADE 7/17/24 FROM HELPFUL DOWNLOADS, SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD BUT UNABLE TO UPLOAD TO USE ON COMPUTER, SUPPORT PROMISED AND SCHEDULED BUT AT THE APPOINTED TIME AT THE NUMBER I WAS TOLD TO CALL ALL I GOT WAS A RECORDING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A SUPPORT STAFF CALL BACK WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. FURTHER ATTEMPTS RESULTED IN THE SAME RECORDED MESSAGE WITH NO CALL BACK, RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE TO CALL AT A CERTAIN ARRANGED TIME BUT THE NUMBER I WAS TOLD TO CALL WAS THE SAME NUMBER AND THE SAME RECORDING WITH THE SAME RESULT, NOTHING.

    I ordered **************** 365 Professional Plus Downloads Full version x 1 on July 3rd at 2:50 pm. I realized after ordering that I don't need it. I immediately requested cancel the order July 3rd at 3:03 pm. However, the site team member : **** insisting that I need to contact a Tech support to downloads and if it didn't workout then I will get my refund. I kept on requesting to cancel but they kept on telling me to contact the tech support to downloads the software. Here's the catch:1. Why do I need to down load when I'm not going to use it.2. The Tech...is just that: technical person-not someone who's authorize for a refund. He/She is not an accountant, bookkeeping, administrator.4. Last email from the company is today July 5th. Still telling me to contact a Tech support.5. Insisting to get into my computer??????6. I hope you will be able to help me with the issues and prevent future FRAUD to other people.     Purchased online a Word 365 software download for $29.97on June 7th Order # *****. Received and email with download instructions....made several attempts to download and could not get passed the username and password they provided. sent two messages to support. The download video they provided was useless. They first responded sending me the same email with download instructions. There has been no response to second email. After reading some of the complaints on your BBB site, I'm coming to the conclusion, I've been had.     The software that I purchased did not open correctly on 3/9/2024, called for assistance 3 days multiple messages left requesting a callback, and never got a person to answer the phone. I sent them an email and they set up a call with me for today 3/19, again no one answered the phone number on their calendar invite. This company has no business being in business, just a scam.

    3/6/2024 I bought the Widows 11 and it wouldn't install on my computer.I had a telephone appointment for tech support and he ended up saying that it wouldn't install on my computer. His name was *********************** at 2:30 pm Pacific time on Friday March 15. ***** said I would be receiving an email about my refund shortly. I've emailed again asking about the refund but to no avail.I will next contact my bank and explain the situation. I tried to deal with them directly because I know if you have a claim filed and your bank refunds you the company gets charged for that.

    Purchased **************** Professional Plus 2019 on 1/25/24 for $39.99 (Order #*****) and needed download asap. Download didn't work. Emailed them for refund because I bought software from another provider. It is now 2/12/24 and after trying several times by calling their customer service and sending emails have not gotten my refund.
