    The most bizarre and sketchy communication of any company I have ever purchased from. I have never left a negative review for any business but I have to warn anyone that tries to purchase from them. Shipping delayed for weeks with no communication or updates on their end. Had to report as fraud to my credit card company after they gave me the run around on cancelling this item. It took several days for them to approve the cancellation of this item. They then approved the cancellation just to send me an email days later saying the item has shipped? Have called multiple times with no answer. Still have not received my refund even after purchasing insurance on this item. The address on the email pops up as The four seasons hotel Atlanta if you ****** it.

    Mark & Day Is truly the best they stayed in contact with me until my area rug was at the front door. I love my area rug. Its so beautiful just fabulous brightened up the whole room. I would definitely recommend friends and family. Thank you so much, *****

    I recently ordered an area rug. It arrived sooner than expected and I absolutely love it! Top notch quality! I actually ordered the wrong rug and immediately realized my error. **************** couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. What a great company to deal with! I am thrilled to have discovered Mark & Day!I highly recommend them.

    The quality of these braided rugs are top notch. **************** I havent experienced in a long time. I have searched for a few months and are so thrilled I can across Mark & Day.     Best website ever! Support is excellent and thorough. Very helpful. I had to wait for a back order to first arrive for some beautiful poufs as a gift to my out of state daughter-in-law. Thanks to expert assistance online, my order was now placed and with a 20% discount. I highly recommend this store and website.

    I've purchased two rugs from this company and both times the customer service as well as the quality of the rugs have been excellent. **************** is much better than any other online company I've dealt with; I feel as if I'm treated with the same care and respect I would get if I were actually in the store. I would definitely recommend them!

    We made our 1st order with Mark & Day earlier this week. The rug was shipped out quickly. When we opened it though we found that it had some damage. We did a live chat with them on 4/2/24, sent in a couple of pictures of the damage and on 4/4/24 a new rug in perfect shape showed up on our doorstep.We like the rug, it is exactly like the pictures on the website and will complement our powder room very well.What we really like though is the nearly immediate response to our problem. We also did not have to return the damaged rug.Job well done Mark & Day. We look forward to doing business with you again.

    Just got my Jamesa Traditional Denim/Ivory Area Rug 7'10" x 10" and I LOVE it. It fits perfectly in our living room and the quality and colors are excellent. On top of that, their customer service is very helpful. I would highly recommend Mark & Day for your rug needs!
