    The rugs are high quality and ship fast. Bought more once happy with the first purchase. All three rugs exceeded our expectations.

    Mark and Day were fantastic to work with. I wanted to find washable rugs that would compliment the colors in my house. They were gracious and provided me with Pantone colors for at least a dozen rugs. This helped me pick the exact carpets for my space. They arrived quickly and look fantastic. A wonderful, online experience. I highly recommend Mark and Day.

    I had such a great experience with Mark and Day. Their customer service was fantastic which is such a breath of fresh air in today's online retail industry. I was very impressed with their inventory. As an Interior Designer, I am constantly looking for rugs and loved their selection.

    Horrible customer service! I placed an order for 3 area rugs. The next day I decided I'd like to change the color of one of the smaller pieces. I was waiting until after work to call and when my day was done I had found that they'd had called me to verify my shipping address. I called back and talked with a "****". She confirmed my shipping address and when we were through I asked to change the color of one of the rugs. She stated "that takes alot of process." I said I'm sure it hasn't shipped if you had called for my address. She replied with " we have your address I needed to confirm it." I asked "Has it been shipped yet? Or is there anyone else I could talk to?" **** said, "No, it's just me." I asked, "Could I speak with your manger?" At which point she mocked and repeated back to me in an annoyed voice, " CAN I SPEAK TO YOUR MANGER?" I asked what had I done to be treated like this and why would she decide to mock me. She said she hadn't, obviously she doesnt uderstand what her action is called. At which point I lost it and demanded to speak to her f***ing manager and she continued to say we don't accept profanity and that she is the only person available to speak to. I emailed the company writing that I'd like my order to be placed on hold. I also stated a chat that was never answered. A while later, I received an email saying...EVERYONE HERE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON, Shortly after that email, I HAD MY ORDER CANCELED WITH OUT NOTICE. If this is their management, well, YIKES! GO ELSEWHERE, WHERE THEY WILL HAVE REPUTABLE EMPLOYEES AND YOU WILL HAVE A CHOICE TO SPEAK WITH MORE THAN THE ONE AND ONLY "****"

    I have been looking for washable rugs for a while. I purchased the new cambria rugs from Mark and Day and they are perfect! They came very quickly and packaged well. The price and colors are just right. I did need help when ordering rugs so I contacted customer service. I received excelled customer service! They were very quick, helpful and top notch. I would definitely recommend Mark and Day and will purchase again in the future !

    I have made over 5 purchases from Mark&Day. I received all of my orders. Shipping was fast, less than 7 days. All of the products are amazing quality and as described I love my new rugs, end table, floor mirror, throw blankets, and lighting fixtures. Their prices are unbeatable.
