  Why are black works not given enough hours. It looks like the Mexicans and Latinos run the stores. Treating the black works wrong ****** fake her hours she not at job all them hours I think its time for file a lawsuit against Popeyes for prejudice why is pay so low when on feet so much dont get breaks Arlington store is a joke they have one guy there I seen work his as of think name was ******* Im always going to this store on my break because my daughter works here black child she tell how bad the blacks are being treated cant even get 40 hours

  VERY RUDE SERVICE ON 06/16/2025 ORDERED AN ITEM AND GOT WRONG ITEM AND BROUGHT IT BACK. WAS ARGUED WITH AT STORE. i LATER CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GOT HUNG UP ON. lATER GOT SICK ON THE FOOD... i NEED TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW!!

  I placed an order for 12 Boneless Chicken Wings and 12 Bone-in Chicken Wings through **** for Popeyes. I got a notification from **** stating that my order was delayed due to repackaging. I assumed that maybe the driver was late and they had to reheat the food. The food arrived, packaged fine and bag stapled shut. So nothing happened to the food in the **** drivers hands. Upon eating I noticed something that I thought was a pile of pepper at first on a Boneless Chicken Wing, so I turned it over to look closer with my phone light. There was dirt and hair stuck to the sauce that was on the wing. Floor DIRT! I ran to vomit because I had already eaten 3 of them before I saw this. I believe the repackaging was due to an employee dropping my food on the floor and sending it to me anyways. I called the store immediately and I have a 25 min recorded conversation with a man, who wouldnt give me his name. He wanted to send me a fresh replacement order but Id have to order through **** again since they dont deliver. I didnt want to pay for delivery fees and another tip for a replacement. Plus I was sick from the thought of what else they may do to my food. So I declined. He asked me to not tell **** about it also. Since I couldnt get a satisfactory solution with the man at this store, I did reach out to **** and tried to explain to them. Even though they were not at fault in this. I tried to find a place to email Popeyes head office. I tried the robot chat. Now Im posting my warning. ?? DONT EAT HERE!

  Popeyes - **************, ** DONT GO THERE. Lousy service, incompetent workers. Long wait for food and food comes out WRONG. Totally wrong! Total idiots working there. Lazy individuals. Even locked the doors at 5:30 Saturday afternoon! We were locked inside. A total mess and needs to be closed down. What jerks !!!!!

  Went in to drive through had only 2 cars in front of me all I ordered was 2 classic chicken sandwiches sandwich only and had to wait was only two people in front of us in the drive-through line then asked the cashier what was taking so long we waited ******************************************** front of us to get their food. Then when we asked what was the hold up the drive-through guy at the window said the two cars in front of us order a chicken sandwiches as well by anytime they dont have our food made. We have to pull up and wait for our our food and for them to bring it to us then when we finally did get our food that we ordered it wasnt even right instead of two classic chicken sandwiches they gave us too spicy chicken sandwiches so they couldnt even get the order right ask them if they were shorthanded or what was the deal they want to claim that theyre shorthanded and this isnt the first time weve had problems with this as well. One day I went through the drive-through again and I had 30 minutes before I had to get back to work. I was on a lunch break and it took the whole ****************************************************************************************** in the drive-through so I would give this store zero stars if I could this is the worst Popeyes Ive ever been to in the DFW area would not recommend visiting.

  This is the nastiest Popeyes ever. The manager for today was eating food while serving customer's. I went back up to the restaurant because I had two tender meals and neither came with my sides. I called and he asked rudely what do you want me to do .I asked nicely replace the meal.I drove 15minuted to be told sarcastically that he would not be replacing the food simply because I forgot one of the meals and that's policy. The food was for my toddler nephew and daughter. Just disappointed and no accountability. Please do something to fix the poor customer service here eating out of the cooked food is not acceptable.

  The most ghetto place in the ***. The one on ****** in ***** is ratchet asf. LAZY a** manager and employees. Were too lazy to make me blackened chicken and then went full blown ghetto when I walked back in with my fried chicken that I didnt ask for. Website isnt gonna give me an option if out of stock s*** So therefore they are lazy liars too.

  This the worst place to eat. The staff are rude and you can never call and speak with anyone. Popeyes owners are not aware their paying people to be rude. But I told the lady at the drive thru that if she was mad to quit and find another job where you are happy at and start treating people with respect. This my money and I dont have to spend it at this dirty a** resturaunt.
