  They don't have good customers service skills , the chicken be uncooked they will have u waiting for a long time for Chicken without letting u know they out of chicken and it's gonna be a wait they have rude managers even the general manager is unprofessional

  On Monday August 15, 2022, I visited the Popeyes in **********************, I ordered the $6.00 Butterfly Shrimp special. When I got home it was broken pieces of shrimp, they were hard, probably from sitting all day. At first I was disappointed, then I got angry. What I opened up was not fit for human or animal consumption. Had I not been so tired I would have taken the food backup to them. This is not the first time I received old , spoiled food from this location. In addition, the staff is very unprofessional, a lot of young teenagers working there, that dont care about anything but getting a paycheck. Needless to say my shrimp box was nothing like the advertisement on the television. This Popeyes location is fairly new, it may have been open a year or less, you would think they would want to make a good impression on the community. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location, and will think hard about even going to another Popeyes at all

  We visited Popeyes at ************************************************************* on Aug 15, 2022 and *** what a bad experience. I wanted to introduce my 2 boys to Popeyes because I remember liking it. My one son got the "Premium" lemonade. It was FERMENTED! I'm not super picky but I know what fermented tastes like. Apparently everyone gets the frozen lemonade, he got the normal one. The girl took 3 tries to get it right. First she pumped strawberry in, I said no strawberry just lemonade. Then she took a new cup and started filling it with frozen. I said not frozen normal lemonade. (maybe nobody gets the normal one which is why it sat so long and became fermented?) Then 3rd time she got it right. He complained to me then I tasted it. It tasted like juice that sat out for a few weeks really fermented. To the point it was bubbly like wine. This was no mistake, they must have had this stuff sitting there for ages and ages. Let's keep going. His sandwich was shriveled and tiny and looked like it had a bite taken out of it. My sandwich was much bigger. I guess he got some bad luck that day. Needless to say our first trip to Popeyes (ever for them) was our last. It was horrible. The girl did not care at all by the way when I tole her it was fermented. I'm not sure if she knows what it meant so I explained it was "bad". She just looked away and continued with her day. She did not care at all. *** ************* all around.

  This review is for this specific place. Popeye's at ************************************************ Store# ***** July 25 2022 at 11:39 am.Order came with a missing piece of chicken. All pieces were burnt and reheated as if the pieces were from days old. Went back to the store and I was given a breaded piece of bone (no meat).Beware of any 'tricky' person that serve you and check your order before leaving the counter.By the way I was served by the store 'manager'.

  I have always enjoyed Popeye's chicken, especially the spicy, and the Red Beans and Rice. Recently I've had nothing but bad experiences with horrible service, like I had this evening. I went thru the drive-thru and had to wait almost 10 minutes to place my order. When the person came on the speaker, his attitude sounded like I interrupted his day. I gave him my order, and he acted like he didn't understand anything I said. I repeated the order. When I pulled forward, the attitude continued. I ordered a three-piece chicken meal, WHITE MEAT, with Red Beans and Rice with a large Diet Coke. When I got home, I had two legs and a wing. No napkin, no fork/spoon to eat the Red Beans and Rice. The drink is unrecognizable. I will NOT go back there and will tell anyone that will listen about my experience. I spent $13.00 for disrespect, and a meal I did not order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I WANT AN APOLOGY.

  *****************************************************************. The level of disrespect displayed by employees at this location is beyond words and is not the first time. Today, I tried to order 8 pieces of chicken, mild & dark meat. Only to be told that it has to be mixed, which is NOT what is on the coupon. I repeated what I wanted only to be directed to come to the window. After several minutes, I was asked what my order was, again I repeated the order with the coupon in my hand. I was told that it had to be mixed and I replied not according to the writing on the coupon. She proceeded to tell me I could come in and wait 30 minutes. 30 minutes to wait for chicken, it's the only thing they ****. Spicy or mild, period. I'm not waiting 30 minutes for fast food anywhere. Now I'm sorry, but when I'm spending my ********* don't like white meat as I consider it dry and I don't like choking on it. As I am spending my money, I will not be disrespected by anyone anywhere. So, without hesitation, I drove away and proceeded to their competition right down the street. Drove up, placed my order 8 pieces, extra crispy, dark ************* Paid for my food No lip No attitude, I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.
