      Refusal to accept a ******** payment from State of GA covid relief for 2020 2021. Possibly to keep my bill over $******** dollars to eventually forclose on home after I made payment arrangement once I found out could stay in my home. I fought my husbands bank VA loan to stay in home for modification and Several other options and didn't qualify due to not enough income etc. Main reason reason at closing t rushed through process and told my husband to add my name at later date. As soon as we move in he got sick & died. Bank could not modify. **** transferred account to ********** after years years of struggling to pay a mortgage that was unaffordable not knowing if I was going to be able to keep. 75 % of income was gone from household but I kept because it was no where else for me and his dog to live. Being without kids and also no family in area. Diagnosed with stage 4 breast bone and brain cancer. ********** added my name to loan Therefore I could modify and stay in my home. Even though bitter sweet I tried to make payment plan the *** made fun of it on next-door app etc. No he's possibly indicted for shooting in subdivision. What a mess this place is because he forced residents to vote him (just corrupt). Nothing else to say on this *** President. His refusal to resign, we've tried everything to vote him out, he sold his home no longer lives here, refusal to release financial records, maybe a danger to our community. Just corrupt, maybe the new normal where we can get away with anything. Anyway ******** bill arrangements to pay monthly but could pay within 12 payments due fix income disabled cancer patient they sent bulk residents accounts to attorneys of the one that was not in agreements with the way *** conducted business. Once attorneys got involved Lazega and ******** fees doubled to over $5,000.00 I informed them my name was just added to loan ********************************* home it was modified. Payment declined

      I wish I could give these crooks 0 stars. Horrible overcharging my HOA, month in month out. A retainer states one thing, and they charge the whole amount in one month. All kinds of deals with the Board obviously. Please stay clear of this awful law firm.

      This law firm represents my hoa. The sent me a threating letter dated march 13 2023 stating I had 30 days to pay my *************** or I would incrue legal, court, lawyer fees. My hoa bill isnt even due until April 30 2023, yet they threaten me to pay by April 13? And when I called and stated the obvious for them to confirm I was hung up on.

      This law firm was horrible. Any time i would call regarding my account the case manager had no idea what was going on. I was told after I paid in full that I would receive correspondence stating my balance was paid. I never did. I also feel the fee amount was incorrect and the case manager tried to tell me I owed more. They do horrible business and if I could have left 0 stars I would have.
