    What Happened:I bought 50 ****** laptops from ********* via ****************** (Order #**********, 06/09/2024, Attachment 1). The computers were shipped to a third-party warehouse I use (**************************************************************).On 07/02/2024, I returned 40 laptops ($18,599.60) to Antonline with approval (RMA #**********, Attachment 2) as I didn't need them anymore. The return policy and instruction (Attachment 1 & 2) didn't mention requiring matching serial numbers.I retrieved 40 laptops with the same UPC code from the warehouse and returned them via *** (shipping labels provided, Attachment 3). Antonline received them on 07/12/2024.The Problem:Antonline claimed the returned laptops didn't have the exact serial numbers as the ones sold (07/18/2024). They refused my refund and instead refunded 38 laptops to original **** buyers, claiming those matched serial numbers (Attachment 4). They said they returned 2 laptops to me, but never provided tracking or details, and I never received ******* Contentions:The return policy didn't require matching serial numbers.Antonline didn't provide serial numbers in the order information.The warehouse doesn't track individual serial numbers for bulk storage.I am the rightful owner of the returned laptops.Antonline shouldn't have refunded the original **** buyers.I requested the laptops back if a refund was not possible, but Antonline refused.I tried to find who received the refunds but I was unsuccessful.Efforts to Resolve:I contacted ****** customer service and marketplace team many times for mediation (no resolution, Attachments 5-8).I contacted Antonline directly, but they referred me back to Newegg (Attachments 5 & 6).****** closed my account and stopped communication in October 2024.I contacted Antonline's CFO in October and November 2024, but received no response (Attachment 9).

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The fact is that Antonline received 40 laptops that I returned. I returned the computers through a third-party warehouse, where they managed the same laptops (without distincting the serial numbers) for many resellers. The ***************************************************************** the same pool of the warehouse. ********* refused to refund me due to the serial number mismatch, but never returned the 40 laptops back to me and rejected communications to solve the problem. (see Attachment 4 about the fact.)

    I have the current ownership of the 40 laptops, since the third-party warehouse transferred them to me for return. Antonline should have returned them to me, if you could not refund me due to the series number mismatch. You could not keep the 40 laptops as yours or for sale or for any other purposes. They are mine!

    My only request is Antonline must ship the 40 laptops back to me. I can cover the shipping cost, if necessary. This resolution is fair to both of us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Antonline did not give any resolution to the dispute. They have received and hold my 40 laptops for 6 months, and rejected to either refund or return. The laptops didn't match the serial numbers of the original order, but the computers are my properties. Antonline must return them to me.

    Because Antonline is dismissive attitude to this dispute, I would like to ask BBB's mediation services to solve this dispute.

    To briefly summarize the dispute: I ordered 40 laptops from Antonline, and later returned 40 laptops (Series numbers not match the original ones) back to Antonline. ********* denied to refund and also refused to return the 40 laptops to me. I requested Antonline return the computers to me, but Antonline refused.

    I purchased a PS5 bundle with a black ops 6 game. There was no game in the box. I reached out to them a few times and they would not allow me to speak with anyone and just created tickets. I received emails from customer service stating the box was delivered by fed ex even though I explained verbally and through email that I received the box but the game was missing. Every response from them was it shows the box was delivered. No actual response because it stated the same verbiage in each email.

    Order # ********** Hello, this is very disappointing and frustrating to write but you guys stole my return and refuse to refund me for it because of the item having a different serial number. It is NOT my fault this company records serial numbers wrong and I highly request that you guys refund me for the return I have sent already. I have already filed a chargeback and have written a negative review on a couple sites for you guys (anything to ruin this businesses reputation for what you guys have done to me). It should not be this hard, I have contacted via email and you guys ignored me (Im very sorry you guys have horrible customer service but I pray one day it will get better) this is a lot of money and its disgusting to see a big corporation just steal from the poor, I know you guys are frauds but for once have some respect this is someones hard earned money.. I will not be closing my chargeback or removing any negative reviews until I receive a satisfied resolution or good enough response. I will keep emailing and keep phone calling you guys until you guys realize you made a mistake. Told many people around me to already boycott this website and will go to the VERY EXTREME to get my money back. I will say it once and I will say it again, DO NOT STEAL FROM THE POOR! its Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING!!!!! I know this company values their BBB standing and rating so I will make sure it gets ruined if something SO SIMPLE cant be done.     This was a fraudulent return attempt.  The buyer returned a damaged processor with a serial number that was purchased from another vendor.  The item purchased from ********* was never returned.

You guys are frauds and I have heard several complaints about this business already I have NO clue why I bought from here. If you think its fraudulent then send me the item back.     Nov 7 I bought a ********* Surface pro. It was advertised with the keyboard. Spoke with *********** stated I should receive a keyboard. Antonline is refusing to send the keyboard. The reps are short and nasty. I just want the matching keyboard as the reolution as advertised.

    In November of 2023 I purchased a PS5 through ***********, sent by a third party, antonline.com. The ps5 was returned, the controllers that came with it were returned separately due to them giving me a box too small for both the system and controllers. Months after the return I was still making payments and never got a refund/stop pay notice for the return. I reached out to all parties, *******, ******, and ********* and was told by AntOnline I was issued a refund. No refund was ever received. They still contacted me for payments. Ive filed disputes with everyone involved and have now received notice from a new party, *********** being told they are trying to get the payments due. Nothing is due, I dont have the product, no money was returned to me, I paid half of the total before I stopped.

    Purchased new item on ****** on 8-15-24 for $64.00. Item was received and was used. ********* then only offered partial refund of $54.40 for false advertising. Repeated attempts at contacting antonline for resolution have been unsuccessful.

    Placed an Order on 9/6 Received email said order was delivered on 9/11 I realized there was an issue with the delivery because my Ring doorbell never tracked anyone making a drop. After checking the tracking confirmation,.it was easy to see that delivery was not made to my address, and by the looks of it, not even the same building. Proof was provided to ANT, and I was told nothing could be done as ***** said package was delivered.The problem is this, I paid for a product, I never received said product. it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. This is a problem between ANT and ****** I imagine this is why you have insurance. This problem has nothing to do with me. There is no reason to hold my funds hostage. A refund must be issued or another product sent out. Order# ********** Tracking # ************ Pictures will be provided to show the package was delivered to wrong *************** can only provide BS responses. Clearly this has been an issue with other people based on their reviews and online profiles. Cheap scammers with disgusting customer service!

    ***** has confirmed correct delivery to the shipping address given at order placement. We advised that you check the exterior doors, porches and garages at your location as they often try not to leave packages in plain sight. We also advised to check with your neighbors as they may have picked up your package for you if you were not at home. If you have had a burglary at your home, you should report it to your local police and insurance company.

    Returned CANCER CAUSING HP COMPUTER to Atlanta Network Technologies on August 13, 2024. Their *** advised it takes 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND MY MONEY. IT TOOK 2 MINUTES FOR THEM TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM ME! I WANT MY $435.49 BACK NOW!!!

    I bought a laptop on Saturday, August 3rd. Today, I received a message indicating that my order was cancelled because my transaction "supposedly had a higher than normal fraud risk". They also stated that "Antonline reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders at its sole discretion". This really calls my attention, as I bought a laptop my other child two weeks ago and nothing went wrong with it. The problem is that they haven't said anything about refunding the $510.23 that I paid for it. I haven't been able to find any information on this matter in their FAQ. I really need help to recover my money from these guys. As you will see in the attached documentation, they don't provide any information of your order. They make it almost impossible to file any claims.

    Someone hacked into my account and purchased an item from this company. I reported it right away to the company to stop the shipment of the fraud delivery, and they did nothing to it, knowing that it was fraud. The person who gets the phone when you call customer service was told the day of the fraud to stop the shipment and she did nothing except write a ticket and said it was still being researched. They will not get their item or their money and they did nothing to stop the fraud. They need to change their delivery method because It was reported as a fraud charge, and they still shipped out the item and did nothing to stop the shipment. Be very aware of this company and I would not purchase anything of high value, computers PlayStation or anything from this company
