    My order #********** was supposed to be for one HP ProBook 445 G10 14" Notebook, arriving via ***** (Tracking: ************). ********* was running a sale on the laptop for a little under $40. The day it was supposed to arrive, ********* contacted ***** to return it to sender, claiming it was "unable to br delivered". I called and the rude agent barely helped - said they couldn't send a replacement and to possibly get help he had to open a ticket (probably to cancel the order - I just want my item). When I said I wanted some sort of courtesy for the inconvienece he said it was not possible and hung up on me. I tried to contact again and he was the only agent available to "help" (not do anything).

It says that the SENDER requested it returned to seller, meaning you deliberately paid the fee to ***** for a return to sender, which I never asked for. What made it "undeliverable". And again, I do NOT want a refund - I want the item at the price advertised. ANTonline, you know exactly what you did and why you returned the item...

    I bought a laptop from ********* and it arrived defective. Upon returning it they claimed I damaged the product and charged me a 15% restocking fee. Upon disputing the fee they tried to get my account banned and a **** was made against my record, first time after 10 years

    This complaint was filed a year after the dispute was settled through ***** The fee charged for the return was supported by an **** policy for items not returned in the condition in which it was sold. The laptop was returned with signs of use and not defective. The customer was refunded the correct amount.

    The sale referenced was over a year ago.  This returned item was tested and not defective but had signs of customer use.  The refund was based on **** policy and  supported by ****s dispute process.

    Order # **********. I called prior to submitting the order and asked how I can apply my tax exempt. The representative informed me to buy the item then email the resale certificate. I did so. I emailed my resale certificate 5 times in the last week. No response on any email. I called the customer service 4 times. They will not help. They say support is only via email. The item was purchased for resale and the sales tax must be refunded according to CA law. ********* has ignored communication. Sales tax on this order must be refunded. CDTFA will be notified otherwise.

    On may 7 2023 someone hacked into my debit account and stole my card information and went on antonline.com and purchased 3 items costing $63.98 each for a total of $191.94 to my debit card account with Direct Express. I don't have an account with ********************** or ever charged a thing with them . I called them several times with this complaint they said they will get back to me but I haven't gotten any response from them since 5/7/23 when I called them about this complaint. please see what you can do about this complaint and if you can get through to them ,I am on social security disability and live pay check to check. thank you.....

    I ordered a xbox series s with 24 months ultimate game pass for xbox via ******* as advertised from antonline.com and antonline.com only sent the xbox series s not the 24 months ultimate game pass. The seller (antonline) is claiming it was sent with the xbox but it was not and out of pocket i purchased only 3 months of the xbox ultimate game pass in hopes that it would give time for the problem to be resolved. the seller only sends automated messages and when i reply nobody answeres they only wish to speak to ******* but ******* isnt helping as they say the seller said he sent it but he clearly never did ontherwise i would not have purchased the 3 months ultimate game pass. i just want either the game pass or the money as per add the value i paid for the game pass is $59.99 so then i want that portion refunded.

    On May 4th 2023 I placed an order with ********* for a ****** Thinkcenter M75S Computer. That item was received May 8th 2023. I immediately started to install same. The machine was powered-up for the first time at approx. **** that same day. There were obvious problems from the start. To load the **** it was necessary to go online. The machine was usable to recognize ANY Wi-Fi. I contacted ********* "tech-service" who responded that they do not provide assistance and I should contact the manufacturer. I did that and eventually got assistance from "***". After a few hours of exhaustive trouble shooting without finding the problem "***" determined the the machine had to be replaced. Case #CRM00152340 Me - do you send me another?*** - did you buy the machine from **?Me - No *** - Then you must contact the seller I called ********* gave them the case # and advised that the machine had to be replaced.Ant - We do not replace.Me - So what do I do?Ant. - You can return it to us.Me - then I ****************** a return authorization The ** came the following day. It stated that I had to pay return shipping. I found that expense to be improper and fought that with both ********* and ****** to no avail.I dismantled the equipment, packaged it up in the original boxes, (with extra protection), and shipped it via *** to Antonline in **. It was received by "*******" on the morning of May 10th.It is a great pity in my mind that BBB does not evaluate complaints when accrediting businesses. If that policy was revised then there would be no way that ********* would get that accreditation. Their whole business philosophy is that "our commitment to the customer ends when we ship the purchased product. We kind of hope the customer gets what was paid-for but when that is not the case it is not our fault and we accept no responsibility".Under Antonline conditions of purchase, they are able to levy a 15% restocking fee. I will not accept that levy

    Dear *********,I humbly request your esteemed company to assist me in follow up of my request below that I have shared on your ******* and **** inbox. It has so far not elicited any response and I am hopeful that through this email you will be able to respond. Also, please check with your neighbors as they may have picked up your package for you if you were not at home.

    I ordered a HP laptop for school for $554 from AntOnline through ****(1/12/23). It was shipped through ***** Home Delivery and was expected to arrive on Saturday(1/14/23). On Saturday it wasnt delivered which I called ***** on Sunday to inquire what the status of the package was. They stated that the package was lost and they started an investigation to find it. Tuesday(1/17/23) I got a text stating that the package was delivered on Saturday signed by a ************ and the investigation was closed, I am not ***********. When asking about this they said it was signed and deliveried after it was lost for 4 days, I contacted **** and told them what happen they said to contact ********* which I did through messages and they only replied with the proof of delivery from ***** and so far its been a month arguing back and forth but *************** wanted to talk about this situation and ***** is ready to give their refund back to antonline but the shipper wont call ***** to get their money back so that I can get my money. They only state the package was signed and delivered which **** says they cant do anything and ***** says they can only talk to the shipper for the refund not me. At the moment I have my credit card company looking into it but all of antonline contact information is out of order No one answers my emails, messages on ****, or phone call when I call their support numbers. I dont know what else to do and I hope you guys can help me. I no longer want this ghost laptop I just want a refund, I already bought a new laptop through Best Buy for school. **** says to talk to ***** and ***** says to talk to the shipper and the shipper isnt responsive, both **** and ***** have my recorded phone calls. Everyone says theyre nothing they can do even though I never received the laptop and the shipper did say they used a license for approval of signature and **** said the name has to match the signature.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I have proof from ***** that the recipient of the package was NOT me, *********************, and was signed for by a ************. The shipper claims that an ** was used as proof but there is no where on the records I have obtained from ***** that the ** shown was mine, *********************. We have checked and no one in our household or on our street has received this package. ***** has also offered to refund the money to the shipper as they have established that their records were incorrect and the package was deemed lost/stolen. The shipper only needs to contact ***** to start the return process as they will not allow anyone other than the shipper to obtain the refund. This is to facilitate the return process and allow the shipper to then refund me the money I spent on a product I never received. So far the shipper has deemed our business only worthy of a copy and paste message. This is unacceptable, and very poor customer service.
    I have attached a copy of the official documentation for Proof of Delivery that ***** had sent me. Please view the highlighted portion containing the proof that the signature is not that of the intended recipient, *********************, and states signed for by *************

    I bought a 5800x3D, and i decided I didn't need it, so i returned it unopened, in the original shipping box, with the same shipping company. They made false accusations with speculations that I "glued" it back close, there was no glue resude because I did not tamper with it. I feel like I was set up, because why break the seal of a unopened box, unless they knew something was wrong with it. They might of intentionally sent me a broken CPU, so either way I was never getting my money back. Im not sure if the shipping company made a mistake or if their employees did, but they refuse to contact me, with countless emails with no replies. I have been scammed by a company, and I deeply frustrated and disappointed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The Damage shown from your own proof does not add up to the story you produced. The image where the Chip is still inside the box, does not have the same markings as the chip on the desk that is shown, you provided no pictures without a grey and white filter to insinuate that they are the same chip. I have put the images that were provided through software to show further proof that the claim made is not factual. The claim that it was incorrectly installed is also false. Only 1 pin is bent from the images provided, which is very unlikely from an "incorrect installation". Damage to the pins would be more drastically damaged than provided. **************************** this video should be proof enough that only 1 bent pin is not possible if it was installed incorrectly. The chip will not set unless it was on the motherboard correctly, and to force it down would bend more pins. Any professional would be able to tell this is not from a incorrect installation. You have sent me a damaged CPU then lied about me sending it back damaged. There were no scratches on it before it was taken out of the box, only proving that you are in fact trying to scam me.

    on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. I order a ********* Surface Pro 7+ Bundle ****" through ******* that was fulfilled by ANTONLINE.com that costed me $756.45, it was shipped the same day. on Saturday, January 28th 2023 @3:****, the package was SIGNED for and deliver to a occupant that, was not me. I was at work at the time. I didn't notice until a day later that the package was delivered because when you get a package in my community, it goes to a package locker to avoid ******** and mistake. now I have called this company a total of 10+ times. just trying to get in contact with somebody to get a refund I was actually really interested in this laptop and wanted to do a replacement but now this shows how much they care for their customers, I have sent an email to service and you must have to be gods favorite solider if you make out of the carousel that is the main menu of their automated phone system. I want my full refund of $756.45 back and never deal with this company ever again
