This seller knowingly resell used tech as new as used to unsuspecting customers. I bought a surface through Target on 11/11. Got here on the 14th. Due to an illness, I only registered it today. The surface I bought as new was registered half a year ago, and is more than halfway through its one-year warranty. I have hard evidence, being my Target account order history and my ********* account, screenshotted and attached. There is no way to reach ANTonline through Target, and Target employs reps who were wholly unable to understand the situation, even when presented with proof, and wholly unsympathetic to my justified frustration at having been duped on an expensive, time-consuming purchase.Business Response

Ant online has scammed me of 370 dollars. I bought a Ryzen 7 5800x3d from their website and I later was emailed saying that the order could not go through due to a high risk of a scam. I was still billed for the shipment. The package in question was 370 dollars total shipping and all.Business Response

I purchased the ***** i9-13900k on 10/24 for $654.09 I got a confirmation that it was shipped on 10/24 a week past and I havent even received and updates on the tracking number they provided so I contacted support for the first time they were playing the blame game with ***** saying that they are having issues so I obliged and waited a few more days and still no updates I contacted them again saying that there is no update again the blame game with ***** seemed sketchy so I called ***** and they said that they never received the package then I asked if there were any outages or issues in the Atlanta area they said they werent having any scanning issues at all at any centers they asked me to contact the shipper again so I contacted them they played the blame game again even though I talked to a representative of ***** about the issue I let them know after 2 weeks of not receiving package I contacted them again and they said they were opening an investigation on my case I called ***** 3 days later and they said that there was no investigation on the package. The following week they said that they have on camera the package going into a shipping container and told me to wait another **** days for them to investigate more. I feel kinda agitated and sad that a business would repeatedly lie and make a customer go through something like this especially something that is almost $700 its been more than 3 weeks and all I ask is for a replacement shipped immediately or them cancel the order because they offered no compensation for the long wait they have not responded to my last email about cancellation or a replacement so this is all I got before I dispute the charges. **** order **************, 5 units of computers were shipped in three ***** shipments: ************ (2 units), ************ (2 units) and ************ (1 unit). ************ (2 units) and ************ (1 unit) arrived, delivery time was 10/27/2022 at 3:19 pm with signature DDOB. I have no issue with those two shipments. However, shipment ************ (2 units) had no delivery attempt. The latest update was 10/27/2022 4:05 PM Operational Delay, No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day(as of 11/3/2022). I reported the lost package issue to *********, but was told to wait. on 11/4/2022 before get off work I did check and it still says pending for delivery. But today 11/6/2022 when I check for update I noticed ***** marked the item as delivered back on 10/27/2022 "2:00 PM ********** ***************** not requested." Such line was added by ***** sometime during this weekend???!!! I am not sure how the seller or ***** play the trick but the shipment did not arrive. Shipment requires signature upon delivery and all the sudden it says delivered 10 days ago without even a delivery attempt. I'll leave this between you and *****. I am rejecting this response because: Hello, I'm not sure how you claim all the three shipments arrived at the same time. ************ and ************ were delivered and signed by DDOB on10/27/2022 at 3:19 PM. ************'s tracking showed Thursday, 10/27/2022 4:05 PM Operational Delay, No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day, as of 11/4/2022. On 11/6/2022 it was manipulated to delivered on 10/27/2022 at 2PM. with NO signature. Please be aware you requested signature on all three shipments, including ************. If ************ was delivered together with other two, it would bear the same delivery time and signature as the other two. I've opened case with ****** case# C-********. ***** asked you to work with them for lost package claim. Please issue refund for the missing package.

Purchased *************** for PS5 on 10/9/22 via Wal*Mart order 20000103-14271385. The game arrived broken on 10/14/22 and I returned the game via ***** tracking ************. Was refunded on 10/22/22. On 11/4/22 received email from Wal*Mart stating that company didnt receive return and my card was recharged. Contacted Wal*Mart and *********. Provided tracking to both companies. Wal*Mart says its Antonline issue. I sent ********* the tracking proof and they replied with a generic response. Want the refund reissued. I am rejecting this response because:I returned the package unopened. If the package was empty when they received it then it was empty when they sent it.
I filed a dispute with my bank and they settled in my favor so you can consider this matter closed. Luckily I have the tracking information that shows the item was returned.
However I will be letting folks know that this company is recharging people when they receive returns.

On 10/24/2022 I purchased an ***** i9 13900K processor, I paid $619.99 for it. Within an hour I received a notification that the item had been shipped and was provided a ***** tracking number.Today is 11/1/2022 and the tracking is still showing that ***** never received a package from ANTonline, they only created a label but never sent anything to **** have contacted the company twice regarding this issue, but I received no reply. I need to make it very clear that ********* never shipped the item to me. Blaming ***** is a dishonest attempt to shift blame. ***** never received the item for shipping (the tracking shows that fact to this day). Moreover, the refund was started only because I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, which forced them to refund. Prior to that, they simply ignored every attempt of communication from me.The dispute has been resolved in my favor thanks to my credit card company, ********* in no way helped solve the issue or communicated with me during the process.

I bought a laptop from the **** store of antonline on September 23. After about 10 days of use, the windows 11 taskbar appeared with a blank screen. After about 20 days, the computer said there was something wrong with the driver when I turned it on. Around 2am Friday 9.30.22 I was on my phone paying bills and saw a charge to my credit card in the amount of $588.49 to antonline.com I did not make this purchase so I immediately disabled the card and called the credit card company to completely cancel the card and file a fraud dispute. On 10.2.22 *** left a note on my door that said they attempted to drop something off and my family didn't order anything. On 10.3.22 the item bought fraudulently showed up at my home via ***. On 10.3.22 I called customer support at antonline they instructed me to email my problem. I did this and they said because the email on the purchase and my email didn't match they couldn't help me (even though I already told them I didn't make the purchase so the emails won't match?). 10.4.22 I sent another email to try and resolve the problem they said to send them through email a copy of my driver's license!!! I said absolutely not that I needed to figure out how to send the unopened item back and how to get my money back on a credit card that has been canceled because this is a fraud dispute. Called 10.4.22 asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there was ***** to talk to they will put in another ticket and that's all they will do. A return label was sent via email this day but no concerns with creditting back my money was addressed. On 10.7.22 I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor she there was ***** to talk to and that they would put in a ticket and someone be in contact with me same day (10.7.22) I heard nothing back. Called antonline again 10.10.22 and I got the run around yet again so I emailed support again with questions regarding how I will recieve a refund when the product gets sent back. The message I recieved back was vague and said send product back and a refund will be processed using a Braintree dispute filed. Ok, that too did not answer my concerns!!!!!!!! We can empathize with the customers position and will work to help him resolve this issue. As a merchant, we must resolve any chargebacks directly with our Merchant Account Processor. CS did send you a return label and advise that you had to return the merchandise several times in order resolve the dispute. Regardless, of the reason you wish to make a return, our policy requires you to return the merchandise for a refund. As a good faith measure, we are will to extend our 30 day return period to November 15th for you to return the merchandise new and sealed as received by November 15th.
