1 starI Attempted to purchase a Plane Ticket for my Spouse, and i proceeded through the necessary channels. The next day i see that it was canceled. i was told that it wasnt e-signed by the 22nd hour thats allotted. which was a lie, cause i received the order packet and the email said that everything was complete and nothing else was needed from me. I reached out to ******* CHAT, about fixing my spending limit, was told it takes 3 business days. ok. Next day it was corrected, and i proceed to book it again, and once again it was canceled just like before. so i reached out again, and told the same thing. and that the spending limit will be fixed. ( still not fixed) i proceed to book for a 3rd time, and i reached out an a lovely woman help me get it processed, but my the amout thats suppose to come out of my check is in correct. You can clearly look at account summary and see what my payment should be,(103.17) vs ******. I keep getting the run-around about correcting this issue. Saying i need to wait for it to processed and then reach out to have it corrected. They clearly could have fixed the issue when i brought it up on 7/17-7/18.Review fromLATONYA S

1 starBuyers should be cautious about the authenticity of luxury handbags. I purchased a $1900 ***** bag and a $900 MCM bag through Purchasing Power LLC, which is offered by my employer. Unfortunately, after having them authenticated, I discovered they were not real. I work hard for my money and was disappointed by this experience. The customer service was poor, and I was unable to resolve the issue. I believe this company should be held accountable for selling counterfeit goods, which is illegal. I work for *** and we have this program. I have been trying to sign up for the past 2 1/2 months. It keeps saying they are having an issue with my employee id but no one has been able to tell me what the issue is. I have been getting the run around by everyone that I talk to at this place. They keep telling me they will get back with me within 5 business days and no one ever follows up. When I call them back then its always they are still waiting on an update and someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours which I never hear from them. I got an email from a young lady at the company and she stated that they were working on it and asked me to send her my check stub and that she was working with my employer. She never reach back out and I had to email her she was saying the same song and dance that it will be another 24 to 48 hours. I have emailed her for 3 days and called the number she provided and she hasn't answered either. I called today and they still told me the same thing. This some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. It doesn't seem that hard to reach out to my employer to verify my employee number. I meet all the requirements so im. It understanding what the issue is. It's crazy that you partner with our company and we can't use your services. This has been a terrible experience.Purchasing Power, LLC

1 starI have used them before without issue, but today is another story. They had a promotion code that I applied that went along with a grill I ordered. For some reason the code did not apply. I called customer service and both times was told there is nothing I can do. I ask to cancel the order, which has not shipped and told I couldn't do that either because it had been processed. To return the grill when it arrives will cost me $35.00. Poorest customer service ever! Two calls in trying to fix an obvious glitch with their ordering system and I have to wait 48 hours to hear from a manager! Its horrible. I feel taken advantage of and violated at this point. I do not recommend. I will be gladly paying the return fee to return everything I purchased and NEVER using again.Review fromJamie M

1 starDelivery shows it was delivered however when I went to get it, the item was not there. Asked other people in my apartment if they saw the package they told me no. Chatted in to reported the issue. And let them aware I asked around as well the agent filed a claim. Called in to check on the claim entered only to find out it was denied. I told the agent that I can show proof that I ended up purchasing the item somewhere else due to having a child and unable to wait any longer, she added this details to the claim. Got a email stating it was denied. I cant get any refund or replacement. This is ridiculous. I asked for a refund got due to getting denials. I ended up asking for a replacement no change. I have had an account and its linked to my employer. Ive used it to make purchases in the past and have not had any issues and my payments come directly out of my paycheck however I went in to try to make a purchase today and I needed to update my phone number to my new number at this time when trying to place my order purchasing power is now telling me that Im not authorized to make purchases because I joined my wifes cell phone account instead of having a separate one from her. This feels highly like discrimination as I have disabilities and often struggle with things such as bills so she manages them for our family. To tell someone they cant purchase something because the bills in their home arent in their name when they already have an active account and line of credit from their employer through the company is unacceptable and unprofessional. The website says the phone number can be linked to my bank account which it is. The website and the person on the phone dont align with what they say. This is discrimination against a person with disabilities.Purchasing Power, LLC

Cancellation policy forcing you to take any items. They process the order quickly then tell you since it's been processed you can't cancel. I placed an order for the wrong gaming system and their illiterate call center is forcing me to take an item that I refuse to pay for or receive. Mind you the item hasn't been shipping and will not ship until another week. They're refusing to cancel the item and forcing me to take the time then pay a return fee to send it back which the item hasn't even been shipped!!! I order 10pm clast night and it's 10 am. Please be aware of this I bought a couch from them in November 2024, it never showed up, mind you I put a down payment on it, my couches arrived at a warehouse damaged, they never notified me of the situation, they chose to reorder the couch without telling me, at this point I been waiting over 2 months now, when I figured out what they did I chose to cancel the order, I had to call multiple times to get my money back that they were taking out of my checks, I wasnt refunded the total amount that I paid which was $515.48, I received a check for the amount of $415.48, a hundred dollars less than what I had originally paid, when I called them they told me that I got back everything that I paid, not true!My advice to anyone thats considering using their service is not to put a down payment on anything, unless youre okay with them taking your money with no real explanation of why. One of the worst customer experience Ive had, I would never buy anything from them again!Purchasing Power, LLC
