The travel part of purchasing power comes in handy because you don't pay up-front, but not being able to change, make corrections, or cancel is a pain. I was on vacation and the hotel I choose from purchasing power is a joke and a rip-off. The hotel is dirty and very nasty. Purchasing Power will not let me cancel, nor make any changes so my kids and I were forced to stay in a dirty hotel. They should allow changes. My airport travel was awful as well, and I couldn't make changes to that either. We had a 3 hour delay due to staffing with no compensation. The car rental place was horrible as well. They sold all of there cars and with purchasing power it is paid in advanced, so you can't make cancelations, no refunds, there are no other options. So I was there for 2.5 hours waiting for a car, which put me a day late checking into the hotel with no compensation because purchasing power doesn't give refunds when bad things happen that are out of our control. This is bad business and they are making money while we are stuck paying the high full price even though we are losing.

Because of purchasing power Christmas was possible and a big success this year. They made everything so easy and have all kinds of merchandise to pick from. It may be a little pricey, but that's the price you pay for convenience and quality. I am greatful for this service.Purchasing Power, LLC

I ordered a Play Kitchen for my autistic grandson for Christmas. What I ordered was a ************* large play kitchen that made noises and lit up, because that's what my autistic grandson LOVES is the noise and lights. What I received was a Pink ************** VERY SMALL, comes to my knees, play kitchen with no noises, lights, etc. When I called customer service, to ask for a refund or some type of credit towards another one, I was told NO REFUND... this was THEIR SHIPPING ERROR, for NOT shipping the correct item. But I'm told NO REFUND on this item. I wasn't asking for a full refund, mistakes happen, I just wanted some type of credit towards a new play kitchen. Now, my grandson has to get on his knees to play with a doll size kitchen, because of THEIR ERROR... Merry Christmas to my grandson though, because Purchasing Power doesn't want to do the right thing. SHAME ON YOUPurchasing Power, LLC

arrived as described laptop arrived in good condition customer service tech support is not good Support is in ***** and if you have a question, they put you on hold and refer to manuals or online.They do not have the answers Spent over one hour and never received the correct answer I gave up and took my new laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad and they answered my question and fixed my problem in less than two ********** not expect help from there tech departmentPurchasing Power, LLC
