    I have never experienced the disrespectful level that purchase power showed me . Horrible customer service! Disrespectful to their customers! I would not recommend them to anyone!

    Almost always makes a good experience, but if an issue does come uptheir customer service lacks sometimes. 4 out of 5 though.

    Exactly what I ordered. Was at my house in just a couple of days. Only $23 every 2 weeks for a year!

    The shopping experience is always excellent. The only issue I have is when my order is being delivered. Recent purchase made; the order was delivered except for one. Multiple packages were damaged, the boxes were dented or opened. I called customer service; they were able to assist me with the missing order. The young i spoke to was very sweet and patient. I really wished i remembered her name. Long story short, i'm waiting on the placement order as of this writing. Although i experienced this, it will not prevent me from future ordering, I think they need to change who they use to deliver.

    I been getting things from them going on two years and Im very satisfied. I have always had good customer service and got everything on time! Some things are a bit high but other things are reasonable being that we are paying over time.
