1 starI have had the worst experience with purchasing power. I ordered a ******* Galaxy phone. The phone was stolen in transit, all I received was an empty box. I contacted purchasing power immediately and was told that I needed to make a police report and submit it to purchasing power. I did that, I then was told that they would send me a new phone. It has been 3 months and I'm still have not received a new phone and they won't stop charging me $1,200 for the old phone and I have yet to speak to corporate but I call every single day and nobody will call me back. If I could leave no stars I would this is the worst company to order for. My advice don't waste your time or your moneyReview fromBrigid O

2 starsIve spent thousands of dollars with Purchasing Power. I ordered a power washer which was delivered in June. I am 120lbs. I had a man coming to do my house August 2nd. I didnt open the power washer because it was large and in a huge box. Not lightweight. I figured since a man was coming to use it to wash my house id just wait for him. Well he came. He set it all up and the thing wont turn on at all! Plugged it into multiple different outlets. I called Monday August 5th. The lady tells me, sorry its past 30 days. So i asked her to look at my order history to see how long I've been a customer and how much money Ive spent. This lady cared none. They will never ever get another dime out of me in my life. You lost thousands by not simply being solid and apologizing for selling me a non working product then tell me because I didnt open it and plug it in right away i cant exchange it. I would have continued to be a customer. Cannot do business with shady companies.Review fromcheri w

I love that its easy to search the website for things I need. No credit check is a big plus. Delivery is fairly adequate time frame. Receiving notifications is so helpful too. I would highly recommend to anyone who may want to use this site. Also the customer service team is very good too.
