  I was double charged for an annual renewal of $275 on June 5th and June 6th. I was never emailed about any possible renewal. My last email received from this company was from 12/24/22. There has been zero received communication since. I did not authorize a charge on my CC nor was given proper notice. I was refunded for the second double charge. However, the horrible customer service thus far has refused to refund the fraudulent charges and is also refusing to send me copies of my two receipt transactions that took place on June 5th and June 6th. I initially signed up for this program but they refused to accept my official company documents from one of the largest medical companies Thus initially wasting a large sum of money on this scam of a service. I would like my unauthorized fraudulent charge renewal to be returned before I have to escalate the situation.

  With the recent changes in their tier structure, I have been asked to select a new tier. Their system doesn't allow for this. After 3 months of back and forth emails, they refuse to attempt to see if this issue is on their side. Thank god their service is not the gold standard anymore. I will have to find another way into the 1 hospital system that uses their services in my 8 state territory.

  Vendormate requires so much documentation that it makes it very difficult to call on hospitals. Uploading documents is not supported by JPEG and if you convert to PDF then you have to save as the smallest MB. Then it gets blurry and they don't accept the document. I have never spent more time within a system. Very poor software.

  I would put zero starts if I could. This companies always having you wait on the phone, the mobile app NEVER works, you get in trouble for not signing out of your facilities even when you cant due to the app not working.They call you back to only put u on hold with someone else who says they are busy leave a message and they will call you back.this vendor is keeping me from doing my job in Pharma sales.This is by far the WORST vendor that I have had to deal with in all my 18 years in sales. I cannot believe they are even still in business.

  This scam discriminates against medical sales reps. *** am I, as a medical sales rep, required to get all these shots, background check, and PAY a fee for entry to a hospital when some *** or *********************** can get a visitors pass and access the same patient areas of the hospital? Biggest scam running today. There should be a class action discrimination lawsuit filed against these con artists.

  Vendormate is a third party platform that hospitals contract with to verify document and policy requirements that the hospitals put in place to ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety. The policies, including policies related to vaccinations and background checks, required for medical representatives to enter the hospital are determined by the hospital and not Vendormate. The fee not only includes the manual credentialing verification, but also weekly federal and state sanction checks on all vendors as required by agencies such as CMS, ******************** and DNV. Additionally, monthly sanction checks are conducted for each individual associated with the hospital.
