      Unorganized, rude, and possibly racist too. I delivered a load to Quikrete in ********, **. First of all, no one new where I had to go. Once they figured it out they had me park in the way of our going traffic; then yelled at me for it. Highly unprofessional, unorganized, rude, and racist. Perhaps if I wasnt white I would of gotten a better experiance; who knows.

      I have purchased and installed the Quikrete 1131-47 ReCap product. I reached out to the company for a referral of ***********************. Neither the company or the reseller ********** could provide a referral of any successful installations.Since the product must be installed to specific requirements, the success rate is potentially very low. The company informed me there were no records of successful installation and no test platform or authorized installers exist. I believe this product to be a scam with no value returned to the customer after purchase.Since they sell through big box stores and target DIY market, they believe their liability is limited and the onus falls to the reseller, or ********** in this case. ********** has the opposite stance that they only sell the product.
