    Absolute fraudulent!!! I have been with them for three years. Now I have to make them STOP taking the money out of my account! They are being sued by the federal government!

    I have been under contract with this firm since September 2023. At the beginning, everyone was very attentative. I was advised not to make any payments to my credit cards and to redirect any communication received from any credit card company to Guidestone. After roughly 4 months, their fee structure has changed and they were no longer debiting fees on the front end, with the new structure now being fees assessed for each settlement achieved through them.I have received communication from my credit card companies, with two wanting to settle for a lower amount. All was submitted to Guidestone, without any *********** response to portal messages, emails nor phone calls.I am now finding myself in a lot worse situation than I started off with and therefore cancelled my contract with them via email as I am not able to reach anyone otherwise.I have not received any quarterly or annual updates on my file, no settlements took place, but my monthly payment was taken from my account in a timely manner.I am requesting to have any funds on the account opened under my name under ************** to be returned back to me.The advice to 'not pay' was the worst they could have given to me, and I strongly believe that this is exactly how people get drawn in, as it sounds like like at the end of the tunnel.

    Signing up for Guidestone's program was the worst decision I ever made. They suggested I get a loan to pay my debts faster and then just stopped settling my debts with no communication. Now my wages are being garnished, I still have a huge loan payment to make and they won't even take my last three debts of out the program so I can resolve them on my own. Worst company ever! Total scam!

    No communication. Still paying on a debt that was garnished out my check because they were handling it. lol definitely a bad decision

    I have been with Guildstone Law Group for 9 months now all has been fees @ the 12 month term I will update of all fees.I have to much money in them now to stop.Freedom Debt Relief doesn't charge fees up front,I was to dumb about all *************** that was smoothly stated.

    They were suppose to pay a debt which money was given, they took their fees out and sent me some of my money back, with no communication at all. This company is only interested in getting fees, no concern for the customer whatsoever! Do not use this company!
